| In recent years along with the development of urban and rural integration,countries in the implementation of policies to guide and to the development of rural is an important cross,especially rural revitalization strategy is proposed,the existing problems in the development of the original country to carry on the plan as a whole to control and guide,in the ruins of han chang ’an district rural community development also played a role.As a typical representative of the big ruins in our country,the protection of the ruins of han chang ’an took advantage of the rural community development contradictions within its longstanding and hard to solve,the site area of rural communities in expanding to destroy or seize ruins,ruins protection policies and limits the sites at the same time zone the development of the rural community,rural communities and site shows continuous type,dynamic game between the situation.Under the influence of the urbanization development process and policy system in the new era,the rural communities in the Han Chang ’an City ruins are faced with complex problems such as aging population,imbalance of industrial structure,destruction of ecological environment,separation of material space,and cultural decay,which have troubled the overall development of the rural communities in the Han Chang ’an City ruins.Because of this,the author based on the master’s phase on the ruins of han chang ’an rural community development and site protection research,in the national social science fund project "the time space view under the perspective of the han chang ’an site protection and development of the people’s livelihood in collaborative research,on the basis of the theoretical achievements of toughness is introduced into the big ruins protection study,The resilience evaluation index system of rural communities in han Chang ’an city ruins was constructed to quantitatively identify the resilience level of rural communities in the ruins,providing theoretical support for rural revitalization construction and resilience improvement of rural communities in the ruins.The purpose is to solve the regional,different and complex resilience problems of rural communities in the site area,and to provide feasible and coping guidance for rural communities in the site area of Han Chang ’an City to face the policy changes and mechanism transformation problems such as the construction of Han Chang ’an City National Cultural Park in the future.In this paper,the main research contents include:(1)through the heritage site surrounding area and community resilience theory at home and abroad,the ruins of han chang’an review analysis summary,the studies on rural communities and other related theoretical research on the basis of the coupling and the ruins of han chang ’an area the real needs of the development of rural community resilience factors and the future development,analysis of theoretical guidance and translates nested;(2)In the context of rural revitalization,interpret the connotation of han Chang ’an City site rural community,propose the necessity of introducing resilience theory into han Chang ’an City site rural community,and then analyze the compatibility of rural revitalization strategy and resilience theory in the goal and path.(3)Clear the ruins of han chang ’an district rural community toughness evaluation system of evaluation index,evaluation content,evaluation purpose,to determine evaluation index weights and evaluation index and toughness hierarchies,constructing the ruins of han chang’an rural community toughness evaluation system.(4)Based on the resilience evaluation results of typical rural communities in the site area and combined with their actual development,the rationality of the resilience evaluation system of han Chang ’an City site rural communities was verified,and then the resilience evaluation of the whole Han Chang ’an city site rural communities was conducted and the resilience levels were divided to explore the overall and various dimensions of the resilience level characteristics.The main factors affecting different resilience levels of rural communities were analyzed based on the obstacle degree model.(5)In view of the resilience development of rural communities in Han Chang’an city ruins,combined with the main factors affecting the resilience level of rural communities with different resilience levels,based on the protection and utilization of the ruins,the strategies for improving resilience of rural communities under the background of rural revitalization strategy were explored. |
