Under the current background of rapid urbanization,traditional rigid landscape planning has led to the sustainable development dilemma of rural ecological landscape construction,which is characterized by broken landscape pattern,ecological landscape degradation,and weakening of ecological service function.It is urgent to shift the thinking of ecological bottom line protection to prevention construction,and carry out the dynamic evolution construction of diversified,complex and redundant ecological landscape.Based on this,this paper is based on sorting out the research results of toughness at home and abroad,and tries to apply the connotation and evaluation of urban ecological toughness system to the theory of rural ecological landscape toughness.Based on the study of the rural characteristics of the water network in Ninghe District,the comprehensive index database composed of the ecological toughness evaluation index and the rural ecological landscape evaluation index is selected for reference.At the same time,the causal analysis idea of PSR model is introduced,and the ecological landscape toughness analysis process is summarized into three dimensions: "stress toughness,—— state toughness,—— response resilience",and establishes the rural ecological landscape toughness evaluation index system in line with the regional reality,scientific and operable.Qualitative and quantitative methods are used to systematically evaluate the development level of toughness of ecological landscape in representative water network villages in Ninghe District.According to the evaluation results,the dimensions between the village,standard index score comparison,"landscape pattern" is the basic index of determining state toughness."Ecological governance" is to play the ecological advantage to resist foreign intrusion."Organizational support" and "villagers participation" are the main index of response toughness."Industrial adjustment" is the dynamic index of toughness and sustainable development.Based on this,using the theory of evolution toughness,we put forward the corresponding toughness optimization strategy of each index from enhancing the rural ecological landscape immunity and the innovation and development force of the rural system,and optimizing the overall self-organization force of the countryside,in order to provide reference for the toughness development of the rural ecological landscape of the water network in Ninghe District.
