Study On The Planning Strategy Of Rural Settlements In Yintai District,Tongchuan City From The Perspective Of Resilience Theory

With the rapid advancement of urbanization,the rural settlements of our country generally face the impact of population loss,old infrastructure,poor village appearance and other problems.In the face of these problems,how to realize the sustainable development of rural settlements by means of planning has become the internal requirement of rural revitalization.Starting from these problems,this paper selects rural settlements in Yintai District of Tongchuan City as the research object,focuses on relevant studies of toughness theory,constructs the toughness index evaluation system and toughness vector evaluation model,and evaluates and classificates rural settlements from two dimensions of toughness degree and toughness equilibrium degree.This paper explores the planning strategy of rural settlements in Yintai District from the perspective of toughness theory and selects typical representatives for example analysis.This study aims to improve the application of resilience theory in rural areas,improve the resilience level of rural settlements in Yintai District,and provide reference cases for the sustainable development of rural settlements in other areas.First of all,based on relevant researches at home and abroad,the basic research of toughness theory and its application in rural areas are summarized,and the applicability of toughness theory in rural areas is clarified by referring to relevant research methods and contents.Secondly,make clear the characteristics of the current situation of rural settlements in the Intai area and analyze the problems.Combined with the social ecosystem theory,8 groups of16 evaluation factors were selected from three aspects of economic production,social life and natural ecology,and a four-level resilience evaluation system of "target layer,theme layer,criterion layer and implementation layer" was established to evaluate the resilience of rural settlements.Combined with the concept of space vector,a toughness vector evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the toughness equilibrium degree of rural settlements.Furthermore,the toughness evaluation system and the toughness evaluation model constructed were used to measure and evaluate the toughness of rural settlements in Intai area from the two dimensions of toughness degree and toughness equilibrium degree.Based on the evaluation results,rural settlements in Intai Area were divided into four types: "HR-B" type,"HR-IB" type,"LR-B" type and "LR-IB" type.Finally,the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative research is used to put forward the planning strategy of rural settlements in Yintai District,and the typical representatives are selected for example demonstration.Aiming at the rural settlement subsystem of Intai region,the strategy of improving the resilience of subsystem is put forward.Based on the results of the classification of rural settlements in Yintai District,specific planning strategies are proposed for each type of rural settlements,and representative representative of typical rural settlements are selected for empirical study.The results show that:(1)the toughness theory is applicable to the rural level;(2)The evaluation system of toughness index and the construction of three-dimensional vector model of toughness are important techniques to measure the degree of toughness and equilibrium of rural settlements in the Yintai district.(3)The classification of rural settlements in Yintai District should refer to two dimensions of toughness and toughness equilibrium.(4)Rural settlement planning strategies from the perspective of resilience theory can improve the resilience level of rural settlements to a certain extent.(5)Each kind of rural settlement planning strategy should be put forward according to local conditions.Therefore,the research conclusion can be drawn that the rural settlement planning strategy from the perspective of resilience theory can improve the resilience level of rural settlements,make up for the weaknesses in the resilience of the system,enable rural settlements to effectively cope with risks and challenges,and achieve sustainable development of rural settlements.The relevant research content has certain reference for similar research.
