China is experiencing an important period of rapid development of urban and rural integration,and the infrastructure construction has been paid more and more attention by all parties,such as the state,the government,the public and other parties.However,the investment and construction of both urban and rural areas is still based on the traditional gray infrastructure.Lack of connection with natural environment and lack of dynamic adaptation to climate and environmental change.The mode of mechanized infrastructure construction based on single function leads to the waste of space resources and the low efficiency of operation.Although the construction of green infrastructure is proposed in recent years to respond to ecological construction and ecological space,to some extent,the destruction of the ecological network system is alleviated by the grey infrastructure construction.However,the construction of the two is divided at present,and the gray infrastructure is mainly distributed in the centralized construction area.Green infrastructure is mostly located in the ecological space of the city and rural periphery.Then how to integrate the construction of functional service facilities and rural green ecological space protection to meet the functional needs of the multi-dimensional space development of ecological,social,economic and cultural in South of Jiangsu rural areas.And break through the traditional way of planning to meet the changing rural climate and environment.On this issue,the efficiency and adaptability of landscape infrastructure is much higher than that of the two.Landscape infrastructure is a comprehensive carrier of system continuity,multidimensional development,toughness and plasticity,and can exercise complex multi-function.Because of its ecological complexity and network continuity characteristics,South of Jiangsu rural area is more in line with the development concept of landscape infrastructure.Therefore,the tenacity planning of landscape infrastructure in the rural areas of South of Jiangsu provides a new way of thinking for the exploration of infrastructure development.The research content of this article is divided into three parts:The first part introduces the background of the pressure,challenge and development opportunity of infrastructure construction,and expounds the theory and practice of landscape infrastructure and toughness planning at home and abroad,and points out the enlightenment to the construction of rural landscape infrastructure in South of Jiangsu.The second part first analyzes the environmental characteristics and planningbackground of South of Jiangsu water network,sums up the current problems of the current situation of rural infrastructure construction in South of Jiangsu water network,and replaces it,puts forward the construction of rural landscape infrastructure,and introduces the classification of the main four rural landscape infrastructure involved in this article.According to the principle of the characteristics of South of Jiangsu rural landscape infrastructure and the principle of resilience planning,this paper analyzes the possibility of the combination of the two,and summarizes the positive significance of the combination of the rural landscape infrastructure and the resilience planning.The third part,on the basis of maintaining the characteristics of South of Jiangsu rural space and the stability of ecological network,studies the process of toughening planning of rural landscape infrastructure in South of Jiangsu from risk identification-state assessment-Planning response and strategy formulation-planning results evaluation and feedback series of circular planning processes.The overall resilience planning strategy proposes to build an anti-jamming landscape infrastructure network framework,superimpose the composite function of the system,and improve the dynamic adaptability of the facilities to improve the anti-interference ability,the absorptive capacity and the resilience of the rural landscape infrastructure of the water network,and achieve the goal of the resilience planning.Combined with several actual cases in South of Jiangsu rural areas,several main types of rural landscape infrastructure in South of Jiangsu are planned and analyzed in detail.Finally,the relevant research conclusions are summarized.
