Abstract/Summary:
As a regional complex of natural ecology, economy and social system, rural areas rely on their own resource endowment and natural ecological barrier to resist the influence of numerous external uncertain and disturbing factors,so that their internal system is in a state of stable and balanced development. However, with the rapid development of urbanization in recent years, problems such as rural population loss, excessive consumption of natural resources by human beings, destruction of rural ecological environment and imperfect infrastructure have become increasingly prominent, which break the internal balance of rural system and bring certain challenges to the structural stability of rural system. How to construct a set of complete and scientific resilience evaluation index system and improve the resilience level of rural areas is the focus of this thesis. At present, the research on the index system of rural resilience in China is still in its infancy. In terms of the evaluation system,it focuses on the composition of rural system, but neglects the role of the process of resilience.Current studies on rural resilience by domestic and foreign scholars show that the response of rural system to external disturbances is a dynamic process, and the logical framework of "cause-effect-response" of PSR model is highly consistent with the whole process of rural resilience from "disturbance early-warning,prevention and coping to learning and adaptation".Therefore,by referring to the PSR model analysis idea, this thesis establishes the evaluation index system of rural resilience from the three aspects of pressure, state and response as the entry point, enriching the existing evaluation methods of rural resilience.Jixi County was selected as the research object to evaluate and analyze its toughness level. The combined analysis method of AHPs and entropy weights was used to analyze the toughness level of 11 towns in Jixi County. Then Arc Gis software natural fracture method was used to visualize the spatial distribution map of the toughness level of each town in Jixi. The results show that:(1)The PSR model is feasible for the study of rural resilience: the PSR model establishes the rural resilience evaluation index system from three aspects of pressure, state and response, which corresponds to the whole process of resilience, and also fits the concept that resilience itself is a dynamic cycle process, indicating that the PSR model is feasible for the study of rural resilience evaluation, and has important practical value and It has important practical value and theoretical support.(2)There are obvious differences in the spatial distribution of the resilience level of each township in Jixi County:This thesis evaluates the resilience level of 11 townships in Jixi County, and the results show that there is a correlation between the gradation of the resilience level of each township in Jixi County and the level of rural development,as well as different ecological, economic and social impact mechanisms at the three levels of pressure, state and response, and the townships with different resilience levels show different The townships with different levels of resilience show different spatial distribution characteristics.(3)To classify the influencing factors of rural resilience at different levels in Jixi County; The different strategies of strengthening anti-interference ability of pressure layer, improving adaptability of state layer and cultivating efficiency ability of response layer are proposed, which are more targeted and scientific. The PSR model is used to deconstruct the process of rural resilience, which enricfies the existing evaluation methods of rural resilience, and provides a new perspective and thinking for the theoretical research and evaluation of rural resilience in China.
