Research On The Problems In The Government Supervision Of China’s Civil Aviation Airports And The Optimization Countermeasures

With the improvement of the overall national living standards,the role of civil aviation in national production has become increasingly prominent 。However,the current airport supervision model and the role of the government in the airport business system have restricted the development of airport operations 。 The overall inefficiency of airport op erations has also led to the continuous decline in flight punctuality of civil aviation in recent years 。 The control measures of "total volume,structure adjustment" objectively restrict the development of the civil aviation industry 。In recent years,the theoretical and practical circles have conducted research on the existing civil aviation airport supervision and assessment in China at different levels and achieved positive results.On the basis of summarizing the existing research results,this paper b riefly analyzes the current research status,and points out the problems that need to be studied and solved in depth,including a fair development environment,the functional positioning of civil aviation management units and local governments,economic su pervision,etc.It is recommended to start from the aspects of creating a fair civil aviation transportation market environment,weakening market supervision,strengthening safety and service system monitoring,fully authorizing local governments to carry out resource allocation and intensive management,transparent supervision,etc.Improve the overall operational efficiency and social value of civil airports.
