Researchon Government Supervision In The Construction Of Smart Airport

With the rapid development of technologies such as IOT perception,artificial intelligence,blockchain,virtual reality and metaverse,the new generation of information technology is leading us into an information era that will revolutionize our way of life and help us better achieve intelligence,automation and sustainable development.With the increase in the number of civil airports,the contradiction between the operational needs of airports and the actual resource support is becoming more and more prominent,and the extensive demand for intelligent services from passengers has increased.Therefore,it is urgent for civil airports to transform their own development in the future,not simply by relying on physical expansion,but by changing their operation and management methods,using intelligent technologies in the operation and management of airports,continuously strengthening government regulation functions,improving the safety and security capacity and operational efficiency of airports as a whole,and realizing high-quality services in the whole process.This paper studies government regulation in the construction of smart airports based on government regulation theory and new public management theory.Combined with big data,digital twin and other technologies,a series of studies on the airport,including airport operation security,data security and other aspects of the study,although some results have been achieved,but in the future sustainable development,there are still some problems.For example,the airport intelligent construction and management model does not match,the airport important data leakage and other problems.Therefore,the construction of smart airport must rely on the government to carry out effective supervision and management,in order to achieve comprehensive development from top to bottom.Beijing Capital International Airport is a typical example of building a smart airport based on big data and digital twin technology,and is also a benchmark for the smart construction of civil aviation in China.However,in the actual operation,it can be found that there are still many deficiencies in the supervision and management system of Beijing Capital Airport,such as unreasonable distribution of control power,insufficient data security guarantee,unclear supervision responsibilities and other problems,which affect the efficiency of airport operation and management,but also hinder the process of intelligent construction of Beijing Capital Airport.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems and their causes in the management practice of Beijing Capital Airport from the perspective of its management practice and proposes countermeasures for improvement.With the help of technologies such as big data and digital twin,we can take advantage of the wave of information technology development and more scientific and efficient management methods to continuously improve the management level and make greater contributions to our country’s construction of a"civil aviation power".
