The Research Of Supervision Companies’ Participating In The Government Supervision

With the rapid development of the construction industry and related engineering industries,engineering projects are becoming larger and more complicated,and safety risks in the construction process are increasing,which brings practical challenges to the project supervision of government departments.Although the government departments have adopted diversified supervision methods for the projects and achieved obvious positive results,the government supervision force is still relatively insufficient in the face of the increasing supervision tasks.Therefore,competent professional supervision institutions in the society are urgently needed to participate in the project supervision.By referring to domestic and foreign engineering quality supervision modes and combining with previous research results,this paper firstly makes theoretical exploration on the mode of project supervision companies participating in government supervision under the way of government purchase service.It mainly includes the following parts:in the part of theoretical analysis,firstly,it analyzes the government’s project supervision and the process of supervision services being included in the government’s purchase of services;secondly,it analyzes the strength guarantee ability of the supervision industry participating in the government supervision.Thirdly,it clarifies the scope and responsibility of government purchase service,and the authority and supervision content of the supervision company.Finally,the theoretical analysis of evaluation about the mode operation effect is given.Then empirical analysis of the operation and effects of the model was carried out with actual cases,and the establishment of a model evaluation mechanism integrating the performance of government purchases and the supervision services of supervision companies was explored.On this basis,it a nalyzes the dilemma of supervision companies participating in governm ent supervision,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.It makes the outlook for the future,so as to facilitate better operation of the mode.
