Small and micro enterprises are an important subject to stimulate market vitality,and also a key factor for the smooth operation of China's macro economy.LW company as one of the many small and micro enterprises in China,its main business scope is medical device products.With the continuous development of the company,the problem of personnel supply is increasingly prominent,restricting the development of the company.Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management.Recruitment management is a key link of human resource management and one of the key areas for in-depth research on enterprise development.However,the recruitment in the Internet era has been greatly expanded,and the human resources market has been transformed from a buyer's market to a seller's market.The original simple recruitment method used by the company has been unable to meet the demand of the enterprise.At present,most of the research focuses on the recruitment of large,small and medium-sized enterprises.Therefore,this paper,taking LW company as an example,sorts out all aspects of LW company's recruitment,according to the three steps of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,in order to solve the problems existing in LW company's recruitment,so as to provide more timely and accurate personnel for the company.LW company has no independent human resources department,and the recruitment work is held concurrently by the financial administration department.Through combing,questionnaire survey,literature study of LW company and in-depth interview with financial and administrative director of LW company,it is found that LW company's recruitment problems are: casual recruitment,poor stability of personnel,low attraction of core personnel,low matching degree of personnel.Analysis of the reasons for LW's personnel recruitment problems: the company's managers do not pay attention to recruitment,lack of recruitment planning,the company excessively controls the recruitment cost,the recruitment personnel are not professional,the recruitment process is not standard,the lack of corporate culture and system construction,etc.In this way,the author puts forward some countermeasures to solve the recruitment problem of LW company: improve the concept of employing employees of enterprise managers,improve the professional ability of recruiters,improve the company's human resources planning,optimize the recruitment process,improve the recruitment procedures,optimize the evaluation of recruitment results,and establish a recruitment risk prevention mechanism.And from the basic work of human resources management,improve the personnel security of personnel recruitment countermeasures,improve the capital security of personnel recruitment countermeasures,improve the system security of personnel recruitment countermeasures,the construction of corporate culture to ensure the implementation of the optimization plan.It is hoped that through the study of LW company's recruitment problems,some ideas can be provided for LW company's recruitment work,and some references can be provided for similar enterprises.
