Spatial Pattern Identification And Optimization Of Rural Settlements In County Based On Evaluation Of Development Potential

Regional spatial goals for rural revitalization is to realize the integration of multiple factors such as population,society,industry,economy and land resources.Evaluation of development potential in rural and the spatial pattern of rural settlements was identified and optimized based on the evaluation indexes when in the process of promoting the rural revitalization strategy,It is beneficial that grasping the characteristics and differences of rural regional space,to solving systematic problems such as unclear subjects of rural development space,discontinuous spatial transmission,chaotic development sequence and scattered resource elements and creating conditions for urban-rural integration and comprehensive rural revitalization.Under the guidance of the theories of "point axis",man-land relationship and urban-rural relationship,this paper explores the path of residential space identification and Optimization in the stage of rural revitalization.Take You County as a study example,Firstly,23 indicators in 5 categories were selected to evaluate the spatial development potential of residential areas;Secondly,the quantitative value of development potential is introduced into gravity model,global network and spatial autocorrelation analysis,and the spatial "point-netplane" relationship is identified;Finally,from the rural area multi-system level,the remote county rural village system,spatial partition,infrastructure network and residential coordination 4 optimization strategy.The study reached the following conclusions:(1)Rural revitalization has put forward higher requirements for rural development in the new era.it is mainly reflected in 3 levels,including the deep integration of urban-rural relations,the construction of new rural communities and the development of high-quality urbanization.This is the spatial path of rural revitalization that we should to identify the "point-net-plane" pattern and to improve the multi-system for rural vitalization.(2)This technical scheme conforms to realistic logic and benefit to scientific judgment of rural spatial location,which is establishing an evaluation index system for rural development potential and weighting its weight by combining the main method and objective method.(3)The spatial pattern characteristics of residential areas in You County include:① Rural settlements constitute the main pattern of "one axis,two centers",it has formed a North-South development zone where take the county town and Wangling as the primary and secondary cores.②The urban road network system has been preliminarily completed,but its hierarchy and network matching still need to be optimized.③The area space of rural settlements has significant agglomeration and spatial differentiation characteristics at the village level and patch scale.(4)There are 4 problems in the spatial pattern of rural settlements in You county:④ The village system that needs to be improved,and its nodes lack cohesion.② There are lack of fast network support and shortage of connectivity between nodes.③ There are significant differences at the village level,and the driving force of rural development in hilly areas is weak.④ The patch scale area is broken,would lead to construct the rural community difficultly.(5)Four optimization schemes are proposed according to the rural multi-system:① At the direction of village and town system,this study adopts the scheme of strengthening the construction of focus towns and central communities to form a village spatial node system of "two centers,two groups,three axes and multiple points".② At the direction of spatial zoning guidance,divide the rural zones of You county into five categories to promote rural revitalization and urban-rural integration orderly and selectively.③ At the direction of infrastructure network optimization,this paper is committed to promoting the flow of resource elements between urban and rural areas by grasping the spatial relationship of residential areas reasonably and establishing an efficient urban-rural road network.④ In terms of coordination between residence and employment,this paper tries to improve the quality of urban and rural residential life by judging the spatial location of residential areas,sorting out low-potential residential land and socialized construction.
