Study Of County Villages’ Classification Under The Background Of Village Revitalization

China’s rapid urbanization process makes great changes in rural areas,and the research value of rural space is highlighted.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,promoting the comprehensive establishment of urban-rural integration system and mechanism,balancing urban-rural development,solving the problems of insufficient rural development,and complementing the rural level of the comprehensive promotion of new urbanization.As a matter of fact,villages are the main settlements for the rural population to live,produce and live.Their formation and development are influenced by their own resources,social structure,economic industry,history and culture.As the basic functional unit of China’s rural social and economic activities,the characteristics and types of villages determine the development mode and promotion path of Rural Revitalization.Village classification is not only the necessary premise of land consolidation and village planning in Rural Revitalization Strategy,but also the basic content of land space planning.Therefore,the research of village classification has important theoretical value and practical significance for promoting rural development and construction,guiding rural industrial path selection and promoting urban-rural integration.This paper tries to learn from the research results of various disciplines,through comprehensive research and analysis of the background of village classification in the new period,grasp the village classification method.This paper analyzes the specific planning cases,explores the mode and method of village classification from the spatial level of the county,and carries out the classification practice combined with specific examples,so as to ensure the implementation and reference significance of the county village classification.Firstly,based on the central place theory,urban-rural integration theory and multifunctional rural theory,this paper fully combs the methods and conclusions of village classification at home and abroad,explores the research spatial level of village classification,and bases on the village type division at the county level.This paper comprehensively analyzes the significance and planning practice of village classification,summarizes the principles and methods of village classification,and determines the factors affecting the village classification.Secondly,it evaluates the development potential of villages from seven categories of indicators,including the main body of villagers,location conditions,living network,geological disasters,resource elements,industrial foundation and spatial expansion level,and constructs the evaluation system of village development potential.From the composite perspective of construction type and location,this paper uses the qualitative and quantitative methods,combined with public participation,to build the village type screening model.Based on the village types proposed in the strategic planning for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022),this paper determines that the model outputs five village classification results: cluster development,survival and promotion,suburban integration,characteristic protection and relocation and merger;finally,it carries out village classification practice in Xingshan County,and puts forward targeted development paths for each type of village from the perspective of Rural Revitalization And strategy.
