Research On The Optimization Of Rural Residential Land Distribution In Dongliao County,Jilin Province Under The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

For a long time,the lack of effective norms and management measures in rural residential areas leads to spatial dispersion and low concentration of rural residential areas.Moreover,due to the uneven distribution of natural resources,the economic development of rural areas is also uneven and gradually differentiated.In the context of accelerated urbanization,high-quality development of urban-rural integration and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,thanks to the transformation and development of economic society,various favorable policies continue to favor migrant workers,a large number of young and middle-aged people in rural areas to work in cities,and even stable development in cities,which makes the population of rural areas show a trend of continuous decline,and subsequently changes the rural structure.The phenomenon of "rural hollowing" is becoming more and more intense.The optimal layout of the spatial structure of rural residential areas has become an important part of the high-quality development of urban and rural integration,as well as a key link in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the construction of beautiful villages.On this basis,Dongliao County,Liaoyuan City,Jilin Province,is selected as the research area.Qualitative analysis is combined with quantitative analysis.GIS spatial analysis,landscape index analysis,Tyson polygon diagram,kernel density estimation method and minimum cumulative resistance model are used.The characteristics of the spatial distribution,the factors affecting the spatial distribution,the evaluation of the minimum cumulative resistance model and the strategy of optimizing the distribution of rural residential areas are studied in depth.The research conclusions are as follows:Taking the rural residential settlements in Dongliao County as the evaluation unit,the spatial layout characteristics and influencing factors were analyzed based on the Tyson polygon diagram He and kernel density analysis.The MCR model was introduced to design the resistance surface from three dimensions of topographic resistance,locational resistance and land use resistance,and nine evaluation factors were selected to construct the suitability evaluation index system.The study area is divided into highly suitable area,more suitable area,general suitable area,unsuitable area and extremely unsuitable area.According to the comprehensive evaluation of suitability,the paper delimited the layout optimization types of rural residential areas in Dongliao County,put forward four guidance models for the layout optimization of rural residential areas,put forward specific suggestions from the actual situation,and optimized the spatial layout structure of rural areas in a scientific and reasonable way.
