| The continuous wave of urbanization has led to a massive flow of rural elements to the cities,and the problem of hollowing out and fragmentation of villages has gradually come to the fore,resulting in an increasing gap between urban and rural development.This paper takes the administrative village of Heshun County as the focus of rural revitalization.This paper takes the administrative villages of Heshun County as the research unit,and on the basis of the current development situation of Heshun County as a whole,uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to construct a village geographical function evaluation index system,and selects the method of identifying strengths and weaknesses to reasonably classify village geographical function types and precisely implement policies according to the development characteristics of different types of villages,with the aim of providing theoretical and practical references for rural development and rural revitalization in Heshun County.The main conclusions are as follows.(1)The geographical functions of Heshun County vary greatly.The mean value of resource endowment index is 0.071,which is at the top of the four subsystems,while the mean value of industrial development index is 0.027,which is a relatively backward industrial development function.Moreover,the indices of each subsystem vary significantly among villages,all deviating from normal distribution,with the most typical one being habitat environment,whose skewness is 4.533,and the lowest skewness of resource endowment index is 0.188,which is closer to normal distribution.For the comprehensive development index,a total of 200 villages are below the average development level,accounting for up to 60% of the total study units,and the overall development level of rural villages in Heshun County is low and needs urgent improvement.(2)The spatial clustering of geographical functions in rural Heshun County is strong,with obvious clustering characteristics.Among them,the resource endowment index has the strongest spatial agglomeration,the industrial development index has the weakest spatial agglomeration,and each functional development index shows more significant spatial agglomeration characteristics,the rural main index,the habitat and environment index and the resource endowment index show high value agglomeration characteristics in Yixing Town,the industrial development index shows high value agglomeration characteristics in Hengling Town and Yangguangzhan Township,followed by the continuous low value agglomeration of resource endowment in the western part of Heshun County.The comprehensive development index is still dominated by the central part of Yixing Township as a high-value agglomeration area,and the surrounding areas of Heshun County as a low-value agglomeration area.(3)The spatial differentiation of regional functions in rural areas of Heshun County is remarkable.The main functions of the countryside show a spatial pattern of low-level areas concentrated in the central area,a small number of high-level areas concentrated in the central area of Yixing Town,and other functional areas interspersed,with a development index ranging from 0.034 to 0.094.The industrial development functions show a spatial pattern of decreasing from west to east,with the western area,mainly Hengling Town and Mafang Township,being the high-level distribution area,followed by the central and eastern areas,with a development index ranging from 0.034 to 0.094.The development index ranges from 0.0002 to 0.127,and the overall development level is low.The habitat and environment function is only found in the central area,with more than85% of the units in the middle and low level areas,and only 6 units in the high level area,with a poor level of habitat and environment,with a development index ranging from0.042-0.156.The resource endowment function shows a decreasing distribution pattern from the central area,with Yixing town as the core,to the east and west,with a total of107 units in the middle and high level areas,accounting for 31.8% of the total units.31.8%,with a development index ranging from 0.027-0.138.The distance from the county town directly determines the level of rural resource endowment function.In general,the overall development level of Heshun County is low,with high level areas concentrated in the central region,dominated by Yixing Town and Liyang Town,followed by the northern part of Hengling Town,and other townships are medium to low development areas.(4)The development characteristics of different types of villages in Heshun County are obvious.Priority development villages and lagging development villages occupy nearly 90% of the area of Heshun County,with 170 units of priority development villages,128 units of lagging development villages and only 38 units of underdevelopment villages.The villages with priority development are the highest,followed by villages with lagging development and villages with lack of development.The spatial differentiation of the different types of villages is remarkable,with priority development villages concentrated in the western part of the country,and scattered in the central-eastern part of the country,while the lagging development villages are widely distributed in the townships,and the underdeveloped villages are all located in remote areas far from the county centre.According to the development characteristics of different types of villages,targeted revitalization strategies are proposed.Comprehensive development villages are mainly to enhance the level of comprehensive development and strengthen the role of radiation and drive,leading development villages are mainly to fully link the leading and non-leading functions,lagging development villages are mainly to strengthen the advantages and fill the shortcomings,and underdeveloped villages are mainly to fully explore the advantageous functions or relocate and merge. |
