| The high-quality development of rural areas is an important part of realizing the rural revitalization strategy,but the land for rural settlements in China has been in a state of disorderly development for a long time,and the spatial layout of land for rural settlements is also very unreasonable.With the continuous acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the demand for construction land is increasing,and the contradiction between people and land in China’s rural areas is becoming more and more obvious.To alleviate the contradiction between limited land resources and continuous economic and social development,and to realize intensive and economical use of land,one of the most important ways is to implement the linkage between urban and rural construction land increase and decrease.The optimization of the spatial pattern of rural settlement land is more conducive to the implementation of the linkage project.By using the GIS software platform,this paper uses the land use survey database of Guang’an District and socio-economic information of Guang’an District,combined with geospatial analysis methods,to study the optimization of the spatial pattern of rural settlement sites in Guang’an District,and to measure the improvement potential of rural settlement sites in Guang’an District,and then to propose optimization suggestions.Through the analysis,the main ideas and conclusions of this paper are as follows.(1)The density of land use in the north is large,and the density of land use in the south is small.From the current situation of land use in Guang’an District,the places with large scale of rural settlements in Guang’an District are mainly concentrated in the southern part of Guang’an District,which is relatively flat and has relatively good economic conditions and strong radiation-driven effect of urbanization.(2)Socio-economic factors are more influential than natural factors.Through the analysis,it was found that elevation,slope,distance from town center,and distance from rural roads were the main influencing factors on the spatial distribution of rural settlement sites in Guang’an District.Secondly,a comprehensive analysis of several factors found that the influence of social factors was greater than that of natural factors.(3)The theoretical potential of rural residential land remediation in Guang’an District is 638.03hm~2,and the corrected realistic potential is 457.95hm~2.12 townships,such as Hengsheng Township,have higher remediation potential;5 townships,such as Baima Township,have moderate remediation potential;Dongyue Township and Stalagmite Township have lower remediation potential.(4)Using the entropy value method to evaluate the suitability of rural settlement sites in Guang’an District for remediation,the results show that areas far from the township center are more suitable for remediation than rural settlement sites close to the township center,and three spatial layout optimization schemes are proposed according to the rural settlement sites under different conditions:township clustering type,relocation and consolidation type,and in situ preservation type. |
