Concentration is an important indicator in children’s growth process,and now the problem of children’s inattention has attracted much attention.Lack of concentration will lead to poor reading ability,chaotic logical thinking,uncontrollable emotions and other lack of behavioral ability expression,and even seriously affect children’s developmental ability.Studies have shown that among the existing concentration training methods,sensory integration training is the most suitable for the development of preschool children and is also the most suitable training method in the family environment.Therefore,based on the perspective of sensory integration theory,this subject conducts product design research and practice on preschool children’s concentration training.First,this topic summarizes related researches on sensory integration,including the definition of sensory integration theory and the specific training content of the five sensory pathways,combined with the definition of the age range of preschool children and the characteristics of behavioral factors.Secondly,it explains the relationship between sensory integration theory and concentration improvement,and proposes the classification of inattention from the perspective of sensory integration,from the process of concentration improvement,the four dimensions of concentration,and the role of the five sensory pathways.Deriving emotional curves of preschoolers to incorporate sensory integration theory into the mindfulness training process.Then,key information is obtained through questionnaire surveys,user interviews,and field observation methods,and user needs are divided to obtain design principles and strategies for products that are in line with preschool children’s concentration improvement,so as to find opportunities for design practice.Finally,starting from the five sensory pathways,three design schemes are systematically proposed,and the attitude measurement method and Likert are used for quantitative scoring,and the final design scheme is obtained to complete the design practice.The results were evaluated,the feasibility of the design scheme was verified,and relatively positive user satisfaction feedback was obtained.
