With the advancement of technology,more and more interactive products appear in our lives.However,interactive products designed for children ’ s age develops slower than those designed for adults,and are far from perfect.Today’s children are surrounded by interactive products from their birth.They are veritable ‘electronic aboriginals’,which makes them inseparable from interactive products nowadays.Therefore,it is very significant to design interactive products from the perspective of children’s age perception.This paper takes preschool children as research object.Based on their cognitive level and the law of physical and mental development,products of composite graphic interactive design are used to do hand-brain training for preschool children.Interesting graphic combinations and rich picture visual effects is not only help to cultivate their observation,but also to stimulate their imagination and creativity,which guides preschool children to learn in games,and then improve their learning interest.The paper consists of six main parts.First,research background and benefits,domestic and foreign developments and studying methods are introduced.At the second stage,the relationship between composite graphics and preschool children’s cognitive level are analyzed.According to their physiological characteristics,psychological characteristics and behaviour,the paper studied both how they recognize composite graphics,and how composite graphics affect them.Then,some composite graphic interactive design ideas that are cater to preschool children are proposed.The design concepts are generalized as well.After that,a prototype of composite graphic interactive product called‘animal planet’,which is designed from the perspective of interface layout,visual effect and game experience,will be shown in detail.Furthermore,the advantages of composite graphic interactive designs will be concluded.At last,the thesis is going to investigate the value and technological development of composite graphic interactive designs,and point out the direction in which composite graphic interactive designs can be better integrated with science technology in the future.
