Research On Boundary Softening Design Of Closed Residential Area

The boundary of residential area bears the social and cultural connotation with Chinese characteristics.With the state putting forward "several opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on further strengthening urban planning,construction and management" from the perspectives of social governance and spatial structure,and stressing the need to open up the existing closed residential areas,the new housing promotes the block system.The background of homogenization,which is so common,is gradually divided into open and closed debates.According to the nature of its definition,infiltration and communication,this paper weighs the relationship between residential area opening and closing to realize the design of flexible boundary which is neither completely closed nor completely open.In this paper,the boundary space of closed residential area is taken as the research object.This paper uses literature analysis method to sort out the symbiosis view about boundary and surrounding environment,and uses comparative analysis method to summarize the development state before and after the transformation of the investigation case,so as to enrich the theoretical research of flexible boundary.Selecting 36 existing closed residential areas in Dalian for field investigation and combining with crowd flow survey,boundary heat map and other forms,the common boundary problems in the spatial types of contemporary urban residential boundaries are summarized as follows: traffic chaos caused by super-scale residential areas,differential parking and dehumanized roads caused by residual space,homogeneous residential interface and passive green landscape,closed management of residential areas,waste of resources,and social isolation,reinforce one’s psychological boundaries.Based on the analysis of the problem,according to the present situation of the development of the boundary of the closed residential area in our country,this paper puts forward four conclusions of the flexible boundary: first,the function is reasonable.Coordinating the relationship between the entrance boundary space,the wall boundary space,the bottom quotient boundary space,the corner boundary space and the urban public space,stimulating the vitality and value of the boundary space,and according to the background of epidemic normalization,endow the boundary space with a new function attribute of "combination of flat and epidemic".Make use of the structure of flexible boundary transition residential space and urban public space,optimize the traffic of residential area,improve the parking structure of old and new residential area,create pleasant and comfortable walking block.Improve the flexible boundary theory,provide more specific points,lines,surfaces,plain residential interface and residential functional attributes of landscape greening;4,management flexibility: flexible law enforcement and flexible design combined,the flexible boundary is used to stimulate the land value,realize the resource sharing and public,finally soften the social isolation and break the closed psychological mechanism.It is hoped that it will be beneficial to the future development of urban residential areas in China,with a view to achieving the social development goals of self-awareness,self-control and self-realization.
