| With the continuous development of the social economy and the continuous improvement of the people's material living standards,the construction of residential areas must adapt to the needs of the continuous development of the residents,so as to keep pace with the times.Due to the past social and economic structure,distribution mode,planning system and many other reasons,China's main residential planning mode is closed.However,with the increase of urban traffic pressure,the increase of the gap between the rich and the poor,the separation of living space and other problems,the traditional large closed residential areas need open reform.Therefore,in 2016,the government issued relevant policies to support the planning and construction of open residential areas.This article,starting with this event,combined with Chinese traditional living mode,Neighborhood Unit Concept,the New Urbanism Theory,based on three cases of Hangzhou,demonstrates the reasons for the formation of the current mainstream residential mode in China,and summarizes the evolutionary logic in it.Among them,the social and economic background of various kinds of residential areas and the planning characteristics of residential areas(including scale,boundary,traffic,grade structure,etc.)are the key points of the analysis.Secondly,it analyzes the connotation of open residential area,including the logical relationship with community and block,the openness determined by scale scale and boundary characteristics.And from the problem of traditional closed residential area and the advantages of open residential area,this article analyzes the necessity of open residential planning at this stage.Finally,the feasibility study of whether the open residential planning can be promoted,mainly includes the difficulties currently facing and the feasible path in the future.Taking Hangzhou Qinqinjiayuan Warm Town as a case,we will further interpret it and find a feasible way to plan and build open residential area. |
