Study On The Socialization And Micro Transformation Of The Open Space In The Closed Residential Area Of Beijing

At present,the construction mode of residential area in China is mainly closed residential area.In the development of residential area,because of its closed management,strong security and other characteristics,it is favored by residents.With the rapid development of Beijing's economy and city,the quality of residents' living standard is gradually improved.The original open space of the closed residential area cannot meet the residents' living needs,and the disadvantages of the closed residential area are increasingly prominent.Due to the characteristics of closed residential area,such as closed management,large land area,large population and single space function,the communication with the city is blocked,the accessibility of public service facilities is reduced,and the convenience of residents' life is reduced.Therefore,reasonable distribution of social resources,matching the "social service function supply of open space" with the "residents' demand",and improving the livability of closed residential areas are one of the effective ways to meet the residents' living needs and improve the residents' living standards.This paper takes the closed residential area as the research object,analyzes whether the open space of the closed residential area can meet the daily life needs of residents from the demand side and the supply side of public service facilities,and improves the social service function of the open space of the residential area by means of micro transformation.First of all,through the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper defines the concept of the research object.Select the closed residential areas in Beijing that meet the scope of the study,and conduct a questionnaire survey on the residents,and get the existing problems of the open space of the closed residential areas based on the needs of the residents.Secondly,from the POI data of shopping facilities,daily life service facilities,leisure and entertainment facilities and transportation service facilities,this paper analyzes the five minute,ten minute and fifteen minute life circle,analyzes and evaluates the social service function of the open space in the closed residential area,and points out the current situation and existing problems of the open space in the closed residential area.Thus,the micro transformation strategy of the open space in the closed residential area is put forward.Finally,the paper analyzes the supply and demand of the social service function of the closed residential area open space for the special population,and makes corresponding micro transformation strategies to improve the children's activity space,pension facilities and build barrier free environment.
