Research On The Changes And Optimization Of Residential Boundary Of Typical Community

The unit residential area is the characteristic unit that constitutes the urban space of China,while the boundary space of the residential area is responsible for defining the space field of the residential area,maintaining the spatial interaction inside and outside the residential area,and connecting other important functions of the urban space.Exploiting the valuation of the residential boundary space and stimulating the vitality of the residential boundary space can effectively improve the quality of life of the residents in the residential area,and promote the coordinated and symbiotic development of the blocks.As a typical product of the planned economy period,the space composition of the unit residential area is the microcosm of the reshaping of the space of the planned economy and the market economy system,showing a closed and inward convergent space atmosphere.When it comes to the boundary space of the unit residential area,it undertakes the role of a barrier to maintain the "small society" characteristics of the whole residential area,making people rank the boundary space of the unit residential area as "thick and blocked enclosure space" "Chaotic and disordered frontage building space" and "blocked but narrow entrance and exit space" are the images.With the rapid development of the social economy,the transformation of the economic system and the reform of the housing system and a series of other factors,the internal functions of the unit residential area are facing reconstruction,the living and cultural needs of the residents are changing,and the external environment of the residential area is changing.These impacts have led to changes in the composition and functional use of boundary space elements in unit residential area.Therefore,how the boundary space of unit residential area can achieve its function of domain limitation and material exchange,and can better serve the internal residents and match the needs of a better life in the new era,is a key field that cannot be ignored in the existing research.In this context,First of all,this paper takes the family home of Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology as a typical research object to sort out the evolution process and influence factors of the boundary space of the unit residential area,in order to obtain the characteristics of the boundary space of the unit residential area in different periods and social backgrounds.Secondly,through the survey and questionnaire interview of the current situation of the boundary space of the residential area Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology,and the spatial syntax analysis based on the axis analysis method,the overall integration degree and local integration degree of the Family Courtyard are obtained,and the accessibility,vitality and use degree of the public space,including the traffic space,are analyzed to provide scientific support for the renovation design of the boundary space of the unit residential area.Analyze the current situation of the boundary space of the family home from the subjective and objective levels,and then summarize the current situation of the boundary space of the unit residential area.By referring to the cases of renewal and optimization of typical residential boundary space at home and abroad,the construction methods and renewal modes of residential boundary space are summarized.On the basis of previous theoretical research,current situation investigation and excellent case study,this paper summarizes the overall layout improvement strategy of unit residential boundary space from three aspects of boundary space element composition,functional form and service crowd,and points out the improvement method of node form according to each constituent element of boundary space.On this basis,take the boundary space of the residential area in Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology as an empirical case to update and transform the design of different elements.Through the optimization method of enclosure space,It includes "real boundary" to "virtual boundary" of the enclosure space,"hard boundary" to "soft boundary",and the complex and open renovation of the enclosure functional space;The material interface continuity,functional complexity and service targeted renovation of the building space;The layout and functional classification of the entrance and exit space are updated.Building space and entrance and exit space,build a boundary space system with complex functions,strong service pertinence,and appropriate publicity,effectively improve the quality of life of residents in the residential area,and provide assistance for the future development of the residential area in Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology.It also provides a reference for the renewal of the boundary space of the future unit residential area.
