| Traditional villages appeared earlier and have a long history.They are rich in culture and natural resources,and often have good historical,cultural and scientific social value,and is the basic carrier of the forest of world culture.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the problems of spatial destruction,population loss and environmental pollution of traditional villages in China are becoming more and more prominent,and traditional villages are in the predicament of declining.Gansu Province has complex topography and rich ancient road sites.The diverse cultural heritage and ethnic reproduction have created traditional villages scattered throughout its territory.Paying attention to the protection of traditional villages in Gansu Province and comprehensively improving the living environment of traditional villages in Gansu Province not only protects the cultural foundation,but also provides spiritual power for the construction of rural civilization,and the achievement of a monumental historical and cultural heritage is important for the preservation of rural memory,the protection of rural ecology,and the expansion and construction of the agricultural industry.This study first provides a theoretical basis for follow-up research by expounding the research progress on the spatial form,protection and development of traditional villages at home and abroad,as well as spatial distribution and influencing factors.Secondly,using the nearest neighbor distance formula,kernel density formula and other methods to analyze the spatial distribution types,spatial distribution trends and spatial correlation characteristics of traditional villages in Gansu Province.Thirdly,through the analysis of natural environment factors and social humanities.Through the analysis of natural environmental factors and social and cultural factors,we explore the spatial distribution of traditional villages under the influence of different factors,and provide a basis for the subsequent review of the current situation of traditional villages and the proposal of conservation measures.Finally,from the perspective of the influencing factors of spatial preservation of traditional villages,Based on the current condition of traditional villages in Gansu Province,we propose strategies for the protection and development of traditional villages accordingly.(1)Due to the unique geographical environment of traditional villages in Gansu Province,the traditional villages in Gansu Province as a whole are distributed in agglomeration,the distribution is relatively concentrated,and the distribution is uneven,and the overall spatial distribution is "small scattered,large aggregation,and multi-core".It is mainly distributed in Qingyang,Longnan,Gannan,Tianshui and Pingliang,and the difference between Hexi and other regions is obvious.(2)Physical and geographical factors have a great influence on the spatial distribution pattern of traditional villages in Gansu Province.Traditional villages are mainly distributed in areas with flat terrain and sufficient water sources.Among them,the water system in the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin has a more obvious impact on traditional villages in Gansu Province.There is a certain correlation between social and economic factors and the spatial distribution pattern of traditional villages in Gansu Province.Traditional villages are mostly located in areas with slow economic development,relatively closed,and less impacted by urbanization.Due to the large differences in topography,climate and environment in Gansu Province,the distribution characteristics of traditional villages in different regions are also very different,especially between Hexi region and other regions,the number of traditional villages in Hexi region is significantly less than that in other regions.The natural environment limits the development of its traditional villages.In other regions,the natural environment is relatively good,so the influence of social factors is more obvious.(3)Traditional villages in Gansu Province have problems such as "hollowing out",fading of village customs,weak infrastructure,poor ecological environment,insufficient protection,and weak personnel awareness.It is necessary to improve the list of traditional villages in Gansu Province as soon as possible,increase financial support,vigorously develop characteristic industries,improve infrastructure,pay attention to ecological governance,expand publicity to improve villagers’ awareness of village protection,cultivate residents’ cultural identity,and improve villagers’ participation mechanism.Hollow Village" problem,improve the living environment,create a beautiful home,create a model living environment,and finally realize the sustainable development of traditional villages in Gansu Province. |
