| Distribution network is a very important part of national power generation and transmission network system,in the meanwhile,it’s a guarantee for normal production and life.In order to provide reliable power,improve grid structure,improve reliability and stability of distribution network,whether the project can be implemented smoothly depends on the attention of relevant enterprises and project management.However,in recent years,with a large number of distribution network projects be centralized implementation,the shortcomings of traditional distribution network project management have gradually emerged.At First,the systematic project management is rare used in distribution network projects.In the Second,extensive decentralized management is still the main method.Third,the information sharing is not doing very-well.Fourth,in our company,management structure always be a single-line model.In these years,there are so many multiple projects be simultaneity carried out,the deficiencies in management may cause many problem,like raising the stakes,it also can ultimately cause delay of schedule and increase of cost.On the condition of project’s quality,many experts do such research in schedule control of distribution network project and management methods.A useful management method is beneficial for business and industry’s development.This paper based on traditional distribution network project schedule management,expound current status and some problems in current project schedule,For the lack of differentiated analysis and clear project priorities in multiple projects,this paper give a Multi-project schedule management application model based on level evaluation and critical path method.After that,this model is used in actual cases,take three typical distribution network projects as examples,and based on the premise of project progress management in the case of insufficient resources,make plans for this three distribution network projects.As well as analysis and comparison,the progress exploration and research optimization method of multi-project parallel implementation,based on project priority evaluation and critical path method,decision critical path and resource allocation,ensure that high-priority projects can be completed on schedule as much as possible. |
