| New energy industry is developing rapidly with each passing year,and new energy investment rises as countries industrialize.Due to the needs of enterprise operation or project management environment,there is a growing realization that managers have gradually begun to accept the viewpoints of multiple projects.In this environment,enterprise managers or project management professionals need to think about the overall situation of the company.In this management process,enterprises have to deal with multi-constraint of resource,such as human resource、material、cost、key facilities and other factors,and how to win multi-project management under resource constraints becomes the spotlight of organizational managers.For this reason,a lot of professionals have conducted a series of related studies in this field.In the thesis,it selects several market projects of Company D in the past year to do the research.This paper gives the answer to how to reasonably allocate the resources of multiple projects within the resource constraints,this paper also puts forward a model to evaluate project priority.Based on the correlation Theoretical Research of multi-project management,this dissertation makes use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi method to solve the project priority ranking issues.According to the data of evaluation and internal resource quantification results,by using the project critical path and work package priority this thesis prioritized the allocation of D Company’s multi-project management resources.Building a model of evaluation and resource allocation optimization,this paper will offer a useful reference for enterprises to conduct resource allocation activities under the multi-project management atmosphere.At the same time,it also has a certain reference significance to enhance the allocation level of multi-project management resources in China’s hydrogen energy industry. |
