At present,China is in a critical period of ecological civilization construction and new urbanization construction.It is of great significance to vigorously promote prefabricated building to speed up the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Prefabricated building is a modern construction method of standardized design,industrialized production,mechanized installation and information management.As a new tool of the information integration,BIM can provide coordinated information for all parties in the whole life cycle of assembly building,and provide strong support for project management.The development of Prefabricated building requires a large number of components,but at present due to the imperfect industrial chain,the lack of common component manufacturers,the lack of close contact between upstream and downstream companies,lack of effective integration and standardization of components,and the lag in the operation system of component manufacturers,prefabricated component resources Supply is extremely limited.At the same time,in the process of construction,due to the low level of information management of component resources,the phenomenon of waste and untimely supply of resources often occur.Therefore,under the condition of limited resources,how to achieve optimal allocation of component resources among different projects and achieve the goal of maximizing the comprehensive benefits of enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper focuses on the shortcomings of the traditional resource optimization configuration methods and project management information system and other tools.Based on the critical chain network planning technology,BIM technology is introduced to jointly achieve the optimal allocation of component resources.Resource planning optimization is the core of resource optimization.Based on the deep analysis of BIM technology and prefabricated building resource elements,this paper identifies component resources as the core resources of prefabricated buildings,and established a complete process of optimizing the resource allocation of prefabricated building components,including BIM creation,resource planning,conflict optimization of resource planning,dynamic collection and monitoring of resource data in using stage.For the resource plans that have been created for each project,when the constraints of important component resources occurs,a resource optimization configuration method is proposed,including project priority evaluation and process priority evaluation.The method of resource optimization configuration proposed in this paper is explained by examples to verify the rationality and feasibility of the method.Based on the above research,a component resource optimization configuration platform of prefabricated architectural was constructed based on BIM.Firstly,according to the actual requirements of component resource optimization configuration,the four functional modules of the platform are analyzed in detail,including BIM model management module,plan management module,information release module,and system configuration module.And the logical structure and data flow of platform were designed.Finally,the key functions of the platform are discussed,including the dynamic acquisition of component resource data and monitoring of buffer usage.Through the action decision matrix of resource optimization and 3D visualization to show project’s warning,realizing dynamic optimization of component resources.In this paper,the BIM technology is introduced into the research of the optimal configuration of prefabricated building components,and the research results are conducive to the improvement of resource using efficiency and the reduction of resource using costs.It will provide some guidance for the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings.
