| Power grid is an important infrastructure of urban modernization.A strong power grid can provide a strong guarantee for the development of national economy.The distribution network is an important part of the power grid,which is the key link for the direct transmission of electric energy to each household.The power distribution network project is an important guarantee to ensure that the distribution network frame is strong and stable,the power supply scope meets the power demand,and the users receive electricity conveniently and timely.According to the actual project needs,making a reasonable project schedule is an important part of project management,which plays an important role in the smooth implementation and quality assurance of the whole project.As one of the important indicators to measure the level of project management,whether the project can give full play to its economic benefits is closely related to whether it can complete the delivery within the specified time,so it is very necessary to make a good project schedule.In this paper,based on the current research status of project management at home and abroad,and on the basis of the traditional project schedule research,taking the power grid as the research object,the status quo and problems of the construction schedule of power distribution network project are described,and the critical chain technology is put forward and realized in view of the problems such as the backward solution of the current project schedule,the lack of differential analysis and the lack of consideration of project priority Research on the application of priority evaluation in project schedule.In addition,this paper innovatively introduces the management index of electric power enterprises,establishes the priority evaluation index of electric power distribution network engineering by combining with the literature research method,then determines the index weight by the grey correlation analysis method and the priority ranking by the TOPSIS method,and puts forward a set of priority evaluation system of electric power distribution network engineering to meet the actual application requirements.Finally,the critical chain technology is combined with the power distribution network engineering,and the influencing factors are assigned according to the uncertainty degree of the typical process of the power distribution network engineering.The comprehensive elastic coefficient method is put forward by combining the influencing factors,the process location coefficient and the elastic coefficient.The new idea of buffer zone calculation is put forward,and the power distribution network engineering schedule model based on priority and critical chain is formed Type.Based on the above model,three cases of power distribution network project are analyzed and compared.The results show that the method proposed in this paper can significantly optimize and shorten the construction period compared with the traditional method,and can more reasonably arrange and complete the projects with higher priority,which proves that the model is feasible in theory and practice.The research results of this paper can be directly applied in the practical management of power distribution network engineering,and can effectively solve the problems of uncompacted schedule,unreasonable resource allocation,and failure to put important projects into production in priority in multi project management.It puts forward a new management method for the "cost reduction and efficiency increase" of power enterprises and the acceleration of project investment to produce economic benefits. |
