| With the rapid development of international economy,the market competition is increasingly fierce.In order to get more profit and develop the enterprise,more and more enterprises begin to take the challenge of multi-project simultaneously,and multi-project management has become the focus of project management.Although these projects are independent of each other,but they need to share the resources.With the implementation process of multi-project management in the enterprises,they will involve multiple projects and different projects in various aspects of money,time,personnel and equipment resources sharing and conflict.The core and key of multi-project management in enterprise is the allocation of resources.It is how to make the allocation of resources more reasonable and effective in the multi-project management environment,and the goal is to shorten the project time waste and reduce the cost to ensure the overall efficiency of enterprises and achieve the purpose of maximizing profit.Critical Chain project management as a new technology,is applied to effectively shorten the construction period,reduce resource conflicts and the uncertainty of project implementation plan.So there are important theoretical and practical significance for us to carry out the research of Critical Chain management for multi-project.This article come from the practical problems of the project management and regard appling Critical Chain theory in the field of multi-project management as the main research contents.First of all,begining work form the point of view of the interests of the whole enterprise level,considering the influence of engineering project complexity and implementation plan of various uncertain factors in the process of construction,we can measure comprehensive evaluation index system for various projects importance of enterprise size.Then we introduce the extension theory to establish the comprehensive evaluation model which will effectively consider the "quality" with "amount" of influencing factors together.Through the construction of correlation function calculation of comprehensive correlation degree index,we can get the importance level objectivly of the various sub-projects for the overall interests in enterprise.Secondly,on the basis of the foundation of traditional Critical Chain management theory,we combine with the characteristics of multi-project management schedule to determine the bottleneck resources,and identifine the multi-project criticalchain of the overall study,at the same time.According the importance of the projects and steps,we explore the rules of bottleneck resources using in multi-project resource conflict and the balancing problem caused by bottleneck resources in various project.So we get the preliminary Critical Chain of multi-project management.The third,fully considering the factors such as position impact and complex of process in multi-project management,we need to build a reasonable buffer formulation which is suitable for multi-project Critical Chain management to eliminate the safety time and set the buffer zone.Then we can determine the final Critical Chain of multi-project management.Finally,we prove the feasibility and scientific of the management method in the parallel engineering examples.We also provide a new method for the companies to get the overall max-management on development and interests. |
