Equipment operation and maintenance outsourcing of power generation enterprises is an important means for power enterprises to strengthen core competitiveness and improve the management level of power generation equipment,reduce operating costs and reduce risks under the conditions of coping with market changes and external competition.Traditional thermal power,hydropower equipment operation and maintenance outsourcing has been relatively standardized at home and abroad,but wind power enterprises due to the rapid development of the industry,system construction lag and other factors,resulting in a lot of risks in the equipment operation and maintenance outsourcing and management,affecting the social image of wind power enterprises.The core purpose and main significance of this paper is how to effectively identify,evaluate and control risk points in the equipment operation and maintenance outsourcing of wind power enterprises,propose countermeasures to the problems faced by the case study,form a standardized management process of equipment operation and maintenance outsourcing,and provide reference for the standardized development of the industry.Based on the latest theory and research conclusion of risk management of equipment operation and maintenance outsourcing of power generation enterprises,this paper describes the difference between wind power and traditional power enterprises,and introduces the risk point analysis method and risk evaluation theory of equipment operation and maintenance outsourcing of wind power enterprises.After that,focusing on the basic situation of a wind power enterprise FX Company,the risk point identification method based on interview method,field investigation method is proposed for The equipment operation and maintenance outsourcing of FX Company.The risk point of equipment operation and maintenance outsourcing of FX company is systematically identified.Finally,the outsourcing risk evaluation model based on questionnaire survey method and FAHP fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is established,and the main risk control points and control countermeasures in the outsourcing risk of FX Company’s equipment operation and maintenance are put forward,and the risk management is standardized,in order to provide reference for the standardized development of wind power industry.The thesis focuses on the industry research and settles on specific practical cases,giving consideration to both theory and practice.
