| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the surging tide of economic globalization has swept across every corner of the world.Economic globalization brings trade globalization,and trade globalization also makes shipping more global.As the most important way of logistics in today’s world,sea transportation is constantly innovating and developing.In bulk carriers,supramax bulk carrier is born in this wave.Because of its flexible nature,it is active in all routes around the world.At the same time,with the globalization of shipping,it brings various uncertainties to the global small and medium shipping companies have brought many challenges.In this context,the voyage operation risk management of small and medium-sized shipping enterprises is very important.Based on the theoretical framework of COSO-ERM 2004,this paper studies the voyage operation risk management of J Company,a small and medium-sized shipping enterprise in China,under the fixed charter-party.After fully analyzing the risk management problems of J Company and their causes,it proposes a targeted risk management optimization plan and corresponding implementation plan and safeguard measures closely combined with the enterprise’s own situation.Improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise operation risk management,and offer suggestions for its stable operation in the international shipping industry.First of all,through a simple description of the research background and significance,research content and innovation points,and combined with relevant domestic and foreign research status and theory and relevant concept definition,the importance of risk management of small and medium-sized domestic shipping enterprises in voyage operation and the core content of the theoretical framework of COSO-ERM 2004 were analyzed.Secondly,through the interview survey of the company’s internal and external personnel,combined with the current status of J company’s operation and risk management,the paper expounds and analyzes the problems in the risk management framework of J company in four aspects: risk assessment,risk identification,internal environment and risk supervision,and analyzes the causes through the man-machine environmental management theory.Furthermore,corresponding risk management optimization measures are given,and optimization suggestions are also given to Company J for the other four aspects of the risk management framework.Among them,a quantitative evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process is provided to optimize the current risk evaluation method based on personal subjective experience judgment of Company J,and to determine various risk levels of its ships in specific voyage.In terms of risk identification,based on the case data of J Company over the years and the comprehensive statistics of risk events in relevant professional literature,this paper makes a comprehensive,accurate and well-grounded optimization of the link of risk identification optimization.Finally,according to the actual situation and limited resources of J Company,the corresponding implementation plan is designed,and the safeguard measures are given from the four aspects of organization,manpower,technology and finance,so as to ensure that J Company can fundamentally improve its flight operation risk management.At the same time,the paper summarizes the research conclusions and prospects. |
