Founded in Germany in 1919,P is a company engaged in the development and production of automotive metal parts."XX" project for P company in China’s latest investment project,as its most important customer B company’s key accessories project,the attention is very high,its qualified products continued stable supply not only affect the enterprise’s own profitability,but also affect B company’s new energy vehicle research and development and mass production work.The "XX" project,which is still in the construction stage,is faced with the problem of insufficient spare parts and high equipment cost of follow-up maintenance in its operation stage,which affects the continuous supply of qualified products,and it is urgent and necessary to study the risk management of its operation stage in advance.Based on the current situation of risk management theory and methods,this study analyzes the problems of equipment risk in the operation phase of P company’s"XX" project operation stage,first uses brainstorming method and Delphi method to identify the equipment risk in operation period,and then draws 52 risk factors,such as operator and preventive maintenance implementation.7 risks such as spare parts safety quantity and spare parts procurement cycle are large risk factors,9 risks such as spare parts quality and on-site installation are medium risk factors,9 risk factors such as equipment freight and maintenance rapid response are small risk factors,and according to the results of comprehensive risk evaluation,specific measures and effective control schemes for each risk are proposed,and the risk supervision and control process is further constructed from the aspects of monitoring team establishment and responsibility allocation.Through the research on the identification,evaluation and response of equipment risk during the operation period of P company,this paper provides decision support and basis for the effective identification and control of equipment risk of P company,and ensures the smooth operation of P company.At the same time,according to the different risk levels,the planning and allocation of resources to ensure the effective use of resources.In this paper,the research object is the general manufacturing company’s operating period equipment risk management,the results of the study have a strong applicability,can provide reference for other companies’ equipment risk management.
