| At present,as a global consensus and a national strategy,the two-carbon goal will bring about extensive and profound systemic changes in China’s economy and society,affecting the direction of China’s future development.As a rapidly developing tertiary industry,the energy consumption and pollution emissions generated by the logistics industry have a very important impact on the realization of the two-carbon goal.With the enhancement of environmental awareness and the deepening of the concept of sustainable development,both individuals,enterprises and the government are attaching more and more importance to the healthy and green development of the logistics industry.The eastern region includes almost the more developed provinces and cities in our country.The economic vitality and development ability of the whole logistics industry are well recognized,but in the meantime,it also brings obvious problems of environmental pollution and energy consumption.Therefore,studying the development level of green logistics in this area can not only provide reference and suggestion for the development of green logistics in this area,but also have certain reference value for building modern green logistics system in the future of the whole logistics industry in our country.The main research contents of this paper are:(1)Evaluation index system and model construction of green logistics development capability in eastern China.Based on the five development concepts and grounded theory,the current development situation of logistics industry in eastern China is integrated to construct the index system of this paper,and then the evaluation model of this paper is constructed by combining the method characteristics and research perspectives.(2)The development of green logistics in 10 provinces(municipalities)in eastern China during 2013-2020 was analyzed from two dimensions.In the time dimension,the development ability of green logistics is analyzed and evaluated by Grey comprehensive evaluation.In terms of spatial dimension,the Entropy weight-TOPSIS model was used to analyze it and intuitively reveal its spatial differences.Then,the CRITIC model was used to evaluate the above two dimensions respectively to test the rationality of the results.(3)According to the research and analysis results,put forward policy suggestions to improve the green development ability of the eastern region.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In the time dimension,the results of Gray comprehensive evaluation show that the development level of green logistics in 7provinces and 3 cities during 2013-2020 presents a fluctuating and rising trend,but the results are consistent overall by the CRITIC test,and the evaluation results are reasonable.(2)In terms of spatial dimension,there is little difference between the evaluation result of Entropy weight-TOPSIS and the test result of CRITIC on the whole.In order to make the results more accurate and reasonable,the average value method is used to comprehensively analyze the two results,among which the development level of the eastern region is significantly different from 2013 to 2020.On the whole,the provinces and cities in the north,south and the middle regions develop well and are always at a high level,while the development of the upper and lower middle regions is relatively weak and basically at a medium level.Especially,the development capacity of some downstream regions such as Hainan is low.On the basis of the above quantitative and qualitative analysis,this paper puts forward policy suggestions on the development of green logistics from the aspects of enterprises’ construction of green development mode,government’s creation of a good external policy environment and the introduction of advanced technology,so as to provide reference for the logistics industry to help achieve the goal of double carbon,and puts forward the prospect of related research work in the future.Figure [33] Table[19] Reference [87]... |
