Research On Green Performance Evaluation Of HX Gas Enterprises Under The "Duble Carbon" Target

In recent years,the deterioration of the ecological environment brought about by the rapid economic development is accompanied by the frequent occurrence of extreme weather caused by global warming,which has made the world realize the importance of energy conservation and emission reduction,and the voice for low-carbon environmental protection is getting louder and louder.Countries around the world have put forward energy transition strategies to deal with the deterioration of the environment,and the green development of energy on the supply side is the general trend.Natural gas has obvious advantages in the energy transition process of various countries because of its low-carbon characteristics.In recent years,the Chinese government has successively issued a number of favorable policies for natural gas,which has increased the proportion of natural gas in the energy revolution,promoted the vigorous development of the natural gas industry,and made the competition in the gas industry increasingly fierce.Gas companies play an important role in my country’s energy transition,and the development of gas companies directly affects my country’s national economy and people’s livelihood.The 20 th CPC National Congress report pointed out that my country will promote the realization of the "double carbon" goal in an orderly manner,and the implementation of the green development strategy has important theoretical value and practical significance for the research on green performance evaluation of gas-listed companies.The main work of this paper is reflected in the following four aspects: first,based on stakeholder theory,Porter hypothesis theory,and green management theory,the current situation of HX company’s green performance development is expounded;secondly,from the three dimensions of financial,social,and green performance Indicators are selected to construct a green performance evaluation system,and the weight of HX company’s green performance evaluation indicators is calculated based on the AHP model;thirdly,a system dynamics model is constructed with HX company as the research object,and basic operation and simulation are carried out;Finally,based on the above empirical analysis of system dynamics,find out the key parameters that affect the operation results and analyze the reasons Policy suggestions for the sustainable development of HX’s green performance are given from the perspectives of sales,management system,employee safety management system,environmental protection efforts,and environmental management mechanism.
