In recent years,the rapid development of the e-commerce industry has led to the stormy development of the e-commerce logistics industry,including the 2018 Tmall Double Eleven all-day logistics orders exceeded 1 billion,equivalent to the total amount of China’s national express business in 2006.However,the rapid development of ecommerce logistics has brought certain pressure on the environment,and it has become a common proposition in front of the whole industry and the whole people to reduce the burden for the environment and develop green e-commerce logistics.Therefore,it is important to study the comprehensive evaluation of the green level of the operation process of e-commerce logistics enterprises.The thesis draws on the ideas of systems engineering and modern industrial engineering to solve the problems of designing,improving and implementing complex systems,and applies modern industrial engineering to the logistics service industry,and applies the ideas or methods of operation process analysis of modern industrial engineering in e-commerce logistics enterprises.The research work is as follows.(1)Analysis of scholars’ research on e-commerce logistics or its operation process green evaluation,etc.reveals that most of the current evaluation systems focus on qualitative aspects and less on quantitative evaluation.Through the elaboration of concepts and status quo related to e-commerce logistics,the study of circular economy theory and other countries’ initiatives to enhance the green level,the bottlenecks encountered in the green development of domestic e-commerce logistics enterprises are compared.(2)Construction of the evaluation model of green level of operation process of ecommerce logistics enterprises.The paper selects the evaluation indexes of green level by using the rooting theory,and constructs the green level evaluation index system by drawing on Hall’s three-dimensional structure theory;calculates the basic weights of each index based on the integration method such as entropy weight,and then introduces the variable weight theory to modify the basic weights to get the weight value of the final evaluation index;selects the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the green level,and uses the improved affiliation calculation method and confidence criterion to calculate the Evaluation results.(3)The green level of the operation process of an H e-commerce logistics enterprise is evaluated comprehensively.The paper applies the evaluation model to evaluate the green level of the operation process of the case enterprise,which not only verifies the validity of the evaluation model,but also proposes strategies to improve the green level of the operation process of the enterprise according to the evaluation results.The green level of e-commerce logistics enterprises is evaluated from the perspective of operational processes,and the comprehensive evaluation model thus established not only facilitates enterprises to evaluate the green level of their operational processes and discover the weak links of green level that need to be improved,but also enriches the research content of the theory of green logistics evaluation system. |
