| In recent years,China has further strengthened the management and supervision of environmental pollution prevention and control measures,and formulated and implemented plans to protect the blue sky.As an important promoter of economic and social progress and development in the three eastern provinces,the development mode of greening the logistics industry is the foundation and key to promote the low-carbon development goal of the east three provinces and even the country,and the three eastern provinces,as the economic center of the northeast region,actively promote the economic development of the northeast region,however,the level of the development of the logistics industry in the three eastern provinces is not balanced,especially the relevance needs to be improved and strengthened,in this context,How to fully take into account the green development of the logistics industry in the three eastern provinces and thus promote the realization of the economy of the three eastern provinces and the coordinated development of the logistics service industry in the economically developed areas of the whole country,such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,will become an important key issue to promote the economic transformation of the Northeast region and the logistics service industry in beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,so it analyzes the green efficiency and logistics co-development of China’s logistics industry as the main content of promoting the development of the green logistics industry.This paper focuses on the three eastern provinces and regions,and refers to the green efficiency value of the logistics industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.From the perspective of China’s green logistics development,the efficiency of green logistics development in the three eastern provinces and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is measured by model analysis method,and the influence factors of Green Logistics economic development in China are explored on this model as the theoretical basis.The paper first analyzes the green efficiency of the three eastern provinces and the provinces of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from a static point of view,uses the three-stage DEA model to measure the green efficiency of the logistics industry,then breaks it down into pure technical efficiency and scale production efficiency,and then uses SML index to determine the total factor productivity of the regional logistics industry from the dynamic point of view of the development of the green total factor productivity of logistics enterprises in different provinces in the region,and further decomposes it into technical efficiency and scientific and technological progress.Finally,the paper analyzes and explores the influence of green efficiency and other related factors in China’s logistics industry.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)the east three provinces and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry stable development,the overall level of development of the three eastern provinces logistics industry is lower than the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the two regions logistics industry has high energy consumption,high carbon emissions and personnel gathering and other issues.(2)There are great differences in the development of the comprehensive efficiency area of green logistics between the three eastern provinces and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and the low value of green logistics efficiency in various regions is due to insufficient technical level rather than scale.The reason for the lack of technical level is the lack of technical efficiency rather than the lack of technological progress.(3)The green efficiency correlation between the three eastern provinces and the provinces in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is small,and the degree of green co-development is low,and the industrial structure,highway density,foreign trade scale,wholesale and retail scale are positively correlated with government support and green efficiency.Finally,from the perspective of the three eastern provinces,put forward measures and suggestions to enhance the coordinated development of logistics between the three eastern provinces and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,first of all,strengthen personnel training,enhance the technical level of the industry,strengthen the real economic development in spatial planning to continue to build the logistics industry development key cities,to achieve the logistics industry development information,modernization,and secondly to the development of better level of the region as the development planning center,enhance the logistics key cities and non-key cities of the city logistics development synergy,drive regional exchanges and gradually develop regional logistics coordination.Finally,in strengthening logistics management and supervision to put forward logistics policy countermeasures. |
