The Research Of A’s Green Supply Chain Risk Management

The promulgation of the Action Plan for Peaking Carbon Emissions before 2030 and the 14 th Five-Year Plan for Green Development put forward ten major actions,including green and low-carbon energy transformation actions,energy conservation,carbon reduction and efficiency enhancement actions,and carbon peaking actions in the industrial field,making it urgent for China’s manufacturing industry to build a green,low-carbon and circular green manufacturing system,create a green supply chain,and realize green manufacturing transformation.Under the background of dual carbon,the competition between enterprises is ultimately reflected in the green supply chain management of enterprises,and risk management involves enterprises in all links of the green supply chain,once an emergency occurs in a certain link,it will lead to a decline in the operation efficiency of the entire supply chain.Green supply chain risk control can strengthen the risk management of the main enterprises in the supply chain,improve the early warning of green supply chain risks,and improve the risk management of green supply chain,which is conducive to improving the overall performance of green supply chain.Through the concerted efforts of the upstream and downstream interest communities of the green supply chain,mutual benefit and win-win cooperation can be achieved.This paper takes Company A as an example to study its green supply chain risk management.Firstly,conduct a study on the current implementation status of green supply chain risk management in Company A,and analyze the necessity of implementing green supply chain risk management.Secondly,through the Delphi method method to build a risk identification list,establish a green supply chain risk evaluation system with 5 first level indicators and 20 second level indicators.Thirdly,risk assessment was conducted on the green supply chain of Company A,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to quantitatively analyze the risks of the green supply chain.The risk ranking was as follows: green procurement risk>green recycling risk>green information disclosure risk>green production risk>green sales risk.The risk level of Company A’s green supply chain was calculated to be relatively high.Finally,based on the research results of this article,the problems and causes of green supply chain risk management in Company A are analyzed,and classified strategies are implemented.From five aspects: improving green procurement management,increasing the proportion of green energy use,improving the mechanism for timely resolution of customer complaints,improving the green recycling mechanism,and building a green information platform,optimization suggestions for green supply chain risk management are proposed to improve the overall risk management level of the green supply chain.This paper,from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives,conducts research on risk identification,risk evaluation and analysis,and risk management optimization suggestions for A company’s green supply chain.It enriches the literature on green supply chain risk management in manufacturing enterprises,helps to improve the green supply chain risk management mechanism of manufacturing enterprises,and provides theoretical reference for green supply chain risk management in recycled aluminum enterprises,helps enterprises in timely controlling green supply chain risks,reducing enterprise risk management costs,and thereby improving the comprehensive benefits of the entire green supply chain enterprise.
