Research On Greenness Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Supply Chain Of JC Pharmaceutical Company

Under the background of the new era and national macro-control policies,enterprises should not only create economic benefits,but also bear corresponding responsibilities for the society and ecological environment.The pharmaceutical industry is an important industry related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.It is necessary to bear the social responsibility of environmental protection.As a pharmaceutical intermediate production company,JC pharmaceutical company has implemented green supply chain management in order to respond to the national call,establish a good social image,comply with environmental related laws and regulations.In order to test and ensure the implementation effect,it is very necessary to systematically evaluate the green supply chain management of JC pharmaceutical company.This paper establishes a set of greenness evaluation index system of JC pharmaceutical company’s supply chain,which takes the environmental impact degree,energy consumption degree,resource recycling and environmental reputation of the supply chain as the primary index and 13 secondary indexes;By analyzing and studying the relevant literature of green supply chain management performance evaluation and supply chain greenness evaluation methods,the index weight of JC company’s supply chain greenness evaluation system is obtained by combining analytic hierarchy process and entropy method,and the supply chain greenness of JC company in six quarters is calculated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;After evaluating and analyzing the score changes of the greenness of JC pharmaceutical company’s supply chain in six quarters,it is found that by the fourth quarter of 2021,the greenness of the company’s overall supply chain has reached the industry standard value,but there is still room for improvement in the emission of three wastes,energy consumption and resource recycling;Finally,combined with the greenness evaluation of JC pharmaceutical company’s supply chain,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for JC pharmaceutical company’s green supply chain management in the implementation of green procurement,realization of green production,development of green logistics,improvement of green recycling level and improvement of environmental reputation.
