| In recent 5 years,the technologies of rare earth permanent magnet industry in China has been generally advanced and new plants have been put into operation,so the market competition in this industry has become increasingly fierce.The original rough supply chain management model of Antai Technology Company has exposed many problems,such as inaccurate demand forecast,sluggish inventory in a large amount,disconnection between production plan and actual situation and so on.Due to its weak supply chain management ability,Antai Technology Company gradually loses the initiative in the fierce market competition.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the overall supply chain management of Antai Technology Company and improve its market competitiveness by applying the supply chain management theory to its management.Based on my years of work experience in Antai Technology Company,combined with relevant supply chain theories and the company’s supply chain management status,the researcher studied the links such as middle planning,procurement,production and inventory,and designed the supply chain management scheme,which are as follows:1.In the planning process,the demand prediction model is established by using the time smooth series model to reduce the demand prediction error,and the error of the model prediction result after the example verification is 3.4%;2.In the procurement process,establish the classification standards for the suppliers of Antai Technology Company to afford differentiated management for different suppliers.The second-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate the suppliers,taking the raw material suppliers as an example.3.In the production process,the quantitative model of production plan is established by applying mathematical programming theory and the software of automatic production scheduling is developed by applying information technology;4.Inventory management of materials by ABC classification.Taking the stock data of blank as a sample,the safety stock calculation is carried out,among which the non-parameter estimation method is more effective than the traditional ones,resulting in the reduction ratio of the safety stock value up to 18%. |
