Research On Performance Measurement Of Food Cold Chain Logistics Enterprise On Green Supply Chain

Recent years, with residents'living level of city and country improving and the consuming habit changing, the demand for high quality and hypothermia food such as, dairy product, frozen meat, sea food etc. has been increasing. It quickly pulls the development of food cold chain logistics in China. At the same time, with the deteriorating of global environment and over-consumption of resource, people pay more attention to the theory and practice on green supply chain which has something to do with the continued development. And the food cold chain logistics enterprises which have a large consumption of energy, make noise, exhaust serious damage to the environment must meet the requirements of the times, put the idea of green supply chain into enterprise management, to improve the level of management of their logistics and environmental. Performance Evaluation System of Enterprise plays the role of direction in the development of enterprises; Research on Performance Measurement of Food Cold Chain Logistics Enterprise on Green Supply Chain, has great theoretical and practical significance for guiding the development of enterprises of Cold Chain Logistics.In this paper, the problem of performance measurement of food cold chain logistics enterprise on green supply chain has been researched, the green food supply chain and characteristics of cold chain logistics enterprise has been combined with to build performance evaluation index system of food cold chain logistics business which based on green supply chain. And the combining methods of triangular fuzzy numbers AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the performance evaluation of food cold chain logistics Enterprise has been proposed. Contents as follows:Firstly, the meanings and characteristics of the green supply chain and food cold chain logistics is described to indicate the necessity of using strategy of green cold chain for food cold logistics enterprises, and the significance of researching on performance measurement of food cold chain logistics enterprise on green supply chain is researched.Secondly, the deficiency of the existing evaluation index system for performance of logistics enterprises is analyzed and the construction principle of the evaluation index system is presented, according to the special concerns of performance of green supply chain and food cold chain logistics companies. Performance Evaluation Index System of food cold chain logistics based on green supply chain is raised. There are the indexes of finance, processing of cold chain logistics, customer service, cooperation, environmental protection and development capacity.Then, the current commonly used methods of performance evaluation of logistics companies is analyzed, and the performance evaluation methods of food cold chain business which contain the methods of triangular fuzzy number AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally, the research results above all are applied to the actual operation of the enterprise, the feasibility and practicability of the method is verified.
