| With the development of our country’s socialist economy,ecological civilization and environmental protection have been paid more and more attention,and the management of green supply chain has become an important way to promote industrial transformation and green upgrading.Under the current situation,Hubei automobile manufacturing industry is one of the core industries in Hubei manufacturing industry.In fact,the implementation of green supply chain management can bring huge economic and ecological benefits for its development,and also is the direction for the future development of the automobile manufacturing industry in Hubei.The application of the model of green supply chain management to the development of Hubei automobile manufacturing industry will bring the corresponding risks while bringing the competitiveness and interests of the automobile enterprises.Only by controlling the loss caused by the risk in a reasonable range,can the green supply mode of the automobile manufacturing industry of Hubei be run efficiently.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the risk of green supply chain in Hubei automobile manufacturing industry.Through the study,it is found that the shortage of Hubei automobile manufacturing industry in the process of implementing supply chain is mainly reflected in the following aspects: first,the green design and research and development force of automobile enterprises are insufficient and lack of core competitiveness;two,the efficiency of resource utilization in the production process of automobile enterprises is low and environmental pollution is polluted;and the three is the large pressure of automobile inventory.The risk is higher;four,the rate of recycling is low,and the waste of resources is serious.Based on this,this paper will evaluate the risk of green supply chain in Hubei automobile manufacturing industry.On the one hand,it can accurately find out the implementation of green supply chain in Hubei automobile manufacturing industry,find out the problems and take effective measures in time;on the other hand,it can ensure the rational and effective allocation and utilization of the resources and let the car be used.Manufacturing enterprises recognize their responsibility for the ecological environment and the advantages of the green supply chain.On the basis of the research of the traditional supply chain theory,this paper extends the green supply chain and compares it with it,and then puts forward the connotation of the risk of green supply chain,the characteristics of the risk of green supply chain,and the discussion of the risk evaluation method of the green supply chain.Secondly,the green supply chain of Hubei automobile manufacturing industry is made.The present situation is analyzed,and the existing risk factors are analyzed from the business process of the green supply chain of automobile manufacturing industry,which are divided into five aspects,such as supply risk,production operation risk,marketing risk,recovery risk and external risk.Thirdly,the evaluation index body of the green supply chain of Hubei automobile manufacturing industry is constructed.The ANP-FUZZY method is used to evaluate the index.It is found that the overall risk of green supply chain in Hubei automobile manufacturing industry is slightly higher than that of the general level.It is mainly reflected in the risk of green technology,the risk of supplier cooperation,the risk of enterprise procurement cost,the risk of inventory,the risk of supply raw material quality and the social responsibility of the enterprise.In the end,in the end,this paper combined with the results of the evaluation,and then proposed to increase the investment in technology R & D of automobile manufacturing industry,strengthen the cooperation among the supply chain enterprises,and guide the government to carry out the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of the green supply chain management. |
