Research On Green Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Of Z Company

The dual-carbon goals serve as high demands of supply chain management of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Performance evaluation of green supply chain management is essential for the green development of enterprises in the face of constraints of resources and environment.However,at present,the overall resource integration of green and low-carbon supply chain has not yet been formed in China.Enterprises do not pay enough attention to and understanding of green supply chain management.In the actual process,many enterprises have low willingness to build a green supply chain and lack of internal motivation.In addition,except for listed companies that need to disclose environmental protection information compulsorily,other small and medium-sized enterprises rarely actively disclose environmental protection information,which makes it difficult for core enterprises to judge the "green degree" of upstream enterprises from public channels.In the absence of necessary social supervision,it is easy to have problems such as data fraud and information distortion,It is also easy to lead to false green supply chain.Therefore,green supply chain evaluation system should be established and the overall operation and major deficiencies of enterprises’ chains should be known,meanwhile,it is significant for the enhancement of business process and the comprehensive coordination and sustainability of economy,resources and environment.Combining the current conditions of equipment manufacturing enterprises with the industry features,the paper selects secondary indexes in the mathematical statistics way,and calculates the weights of influencing factors by expert scoring and hierarchy analysis,then,the performance of green supply chain management of company Z is evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method after the importance of indexes being analyzed.The innovation of this article lies in the combination of enhanced balanced scoring method and the characteristics of green supply chain itself through the industry development background and the supply chain management situation of Z company,to build a targeted green supply chain evaluation system,so as to provide reference for the sustainable and healthy development of green supply chain management of Z company.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)Through the hierarchy analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive score of green supply chain performance of Z company is 79.447882,which is in the middle of good and general.(2)Currently,the problems of Z’s supply chain management include information asymmetry,ignorance of the impacts on environment,lower resources recycling and reusing ratio,as well as incomplete performance evaluation system of green supply chain.These aspects show that the original supply chain is not "green and efficient".(3)Business process and environmental protection are the weak links in the performance of green supply chain management of Company Z.Accordingly,for the supply chain management of Company Z,the improvement measures are refined to all links of supply chain management.The research conclusion can help Z company to self-check and self-check,timely find out the problems existing in each link of the supply chain management process and formulate corresponding improvement measures,improve the green management system of the enterprise,and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.
