Green Degree Evaluation And Application Research Of Cotton Textiles Green Supply Chain

With the economy is developing rapidly,people focus on the negative impact of economic development,such as environmental pollution and source waste.On the consumer market,the renewal of consumers’ consumption concept,the increasingly stringent green trade barriers in the world have made the domestic market tend to be saturated,and managing the supply chain in a green and sustainable way will become a new trend for enterprises.In the long term,which is a critical factor to sustainable develop of the industry.Cotton textiles is the second largest economic crop in China.The cotton textiles spinning industry has a long history of development and has a whole industrial chain from raw material production,textiles,dyeing and finishing,postprocessing,sales and warehousing.In 2021,the energy consumption per unit of added value of industrial enterprises above designated size in my country will decrease by5.6%.Under the new development trend,how to improve the green level of the supply chain of cotton textiles is one of the key directions in the future.The paper have six parts: the first part mainly introduces the research background,expounds the importance of constructing cotton textiles green supply chain green degree evaluation,determines the research direction;The second part makes a literature review on green supply chain,green degree evaluation and comprehensive evaluation methods;the third is the implementation of cotton textiles green supply chain analysis,mainly analyzes the environmental impact of cotton planting,cotton textiles production and sales,and optimizes each link;The fourth chapter builds the green degree evaluation system of the cotton textiles green supply chain,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation-AHP;The fifth part analyzes the application of the green degree evaluation method in combination with the production situation of Luthai;finally summarizes the full text,which analyzes the shortcomings of the green degree evaluation method and makes a prospect.The conclusions are:（1）The environmental impact of various stages of the cotton textile supply chain can be summarized as water pollution,air pollution and chemical pollution in the planting process.The production process is mainly caused by high energy consumption and high pollution in the printing and dyeing process.The sales process is the greenhouse gas emissions generated by the use of transportation in the transportation process exceed the standard.（2）In each stage of the cotton textiles green supply chain,the s index of the production link has the largest weight,with a value of0.387,followed green by the cotton textiles planting stage and sales stage,with a weight of 0.321 and 0.292,respectively.From the specific indicators of each stage,the green product or organic cotton certification is the most important in the planting stage,with a weight value of 0.346,and the indicator of the pollutant discharge compliance rate in the cotton textiles production stage has the largest weight,with a value of 0.234.The indicators of measures related to recycling and disposal in the sales stage of cotton textiles have the largest weight,with a weight value of 0.275.（3）Selecting the relevant data of Lu Thai in 2020 to carry out the application analysis of the green degree evaluation method,it is calculated that the green degree evaluation result of its supply chain is ideal,reaching a high level,which reflects the company’s overall operating situation is perfect.In terms of stages,the greenness in both the planting stage and the production stage is ideal and is at a relatively high level.In the sales stage,the greenness performance is not satisfactory and belongs to a low level.As a production-oriented enterprise,Lu Thai attaches great importance to the capital investment in the upstream and midstream of the supply chain,and takes less measures to improve the greenness of the supply chain in the downstream of the supply chain.
