Research On The Evaluation Of Enterprise Green Degree From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

With the rapid development of modern society and economy,various environmental problems have emerged.Ecological destruction,waste of resources and environmental pollution have brought serious problems to human sustainable development.The development of enterprises is facing great challenges.Countries around the world attach great importance to the problems of resource conservation and environmental protection.They advocate that enterprises should achieve green development and successively issue corresponding laws and regulations,Enterprises are required to pay attention to green design and production in the process of producing products or providing services,and implement the strategic requirements of green development such as resource saving,waste recycling and pollution prevention.In the fierce market competition,enterprises carry out horizontal integration strategy and evolve into supply chain management operation mode.Considering the construction and implementation of sustainable development strategy of green supply chain,the green degree evaluation of supply chain enterprises becomes an important link to help enterprises realize green development.Therefore,this paper selects the green degree of enterprises based on supply chain as the research object,and the research results are of great significance for enterprises to promote the implementation of green strategy.This paper first describes the current research situation of supply chain management and green degree evaluation,finds out what can be used for reference,and puts forward the research focus of this paper by combing and analyzing the lack of research;then defines the concept of supply chain management and green degree evaluation,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis;introduces IDEFO model,constructs the green supply chain management function model;finally,it puts forward the green supply chain management function model;Based on the functional structure model,this paper studies the relevant factors that affect the green degree of enterprises.According to the literature survey,field survey and industry standards,the green degree evaluation index system of supply chain enterprises is established.AHP is used to weight the evaluation index,and the fuzzy hierarchy evaluation model is established to provide method support for the evaluation of enterprise supply chain green degree.Finally,the empirical analysis is carried out through specific cases.The case of this study is y enterprise in automobile industry.Through the way of questionnaire collection,the evaluation standard and the membership degree of each evaluation index are determined.The fuzzy AHP method is used to evaluate and analyze,and the actual green degree level and conclusion of the enterprise are obtained.The effectiveness of the index system and Fuzzy AHP is verified,and the improvement measures are put forward.
