With the promotion of China’s urbanization and the further promotion of the market reform of sanitation,the competition in the sanitation market is increasingly fierce,so it is particularly important for sanitation enterprises to improve their enterprise management ability and the quality of sanitation service and enhance the market competitiveness.Performance management plays a vital role in the operation process of enterprises.This paper aims to discuss the performance management of front-line employees in Guiyang H Company and investigate the problems existing in the current performance management system.Through in-depth analysis,the root causes of these problems are summarized,and put forward effective suggestions for improvement,in order to enhance the enthusiasm of employees,enhance their sense of belonging to the enterprise,promote the team cohesion of the enterprise,and enhance their market competition ability.This paper deeply discusses the concept and theory of performance management through literature research method,and systematically studies the development and application of performance management,performance appraisal,MBO,KPI,BSC and other tools,and concludes that there are many problems in the performance management of frontline employees: imperfect performance management system,lack of scientific evaluation indicators,lack of effective performance guidance and feedback mechanism,and inadequate application of performance results: the performance management,lack of effective internal operation environment,lack of effective performance management training for management.Then,the performance problems are optimized from the aspects of evaluation institution construction and evaluation method optimization,performance management evaluation index system optimization,performance evaluation implementation and optimization of results application,and strengthening performance guidance and feedback.Finally,in order to ensure the better implementation of the performance management optimization plan,the safeguard measures from the aspects of personnel allocation,system construction and corporate culture construction,so as to provide a basis for solving the possible problems in the company’s performance management.This paper adopts the balance integral card,key index method of the company’s overall strategic objectives and annual key work to a line operation center,to strengthen the organization performance management of the center of the line,optimize the line of workers performance appraisal index system,increase the scope of the performance appraisal results,strengthen the performance guidance and feedback.This study helps to improve the scientific rationality of the performance management of front-line employees in H Company,stimulate the enthusiasm of front-line employees,improve the work efficiency of employees,and then enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise,promote the sustainable development of the enterprise,and provide a certain application reference for the performance management of the environmental health industry. |
