With China’s economic development stepping into the "new normal",in the special period of "three phases superposition",for China’s private manufacturing enterprises,they are facing a severe external test.At the same time,a large number of front-line staff drain in manufacturing enterprises,resulting in a significant increase in labor costs for enterprises to hire,which poses a challenge to the enterprise’s human resource management.The same problem applies to FT chemical.FT Chemical Co.,Ltd.is a comprehensive professional enterprise in R & D,manufacturing and marketing of non-standard shaped rubber parts and machining parts,specializing in the production of non-ferrous,metallurgical,chemical,chemical fertilizer,mining,power and energy industries rubber parts,mechanical parts,especially in the production of large,shaped and non-standard seals.In recent years,as the FT the increasing market demand of chemical products,the enterprise scale expanding,the number of employees has been a large number of growth,the enterprise should undertake certain social responsibility from the perspective of,in the frontline employees hired a lot of the deaf,making the total number of employees accounted for about a third of,in every line of the working group on at least one employee is deaf,it puts forward a new challenge to the company’s human resources.The frequent loss of front-line employees in the FT chemical industry is a practical problem that restricts the face development of enterprises in the period of vigorous development.This phenomenon not only seriously affects the production efficiency of enterprises,but also increases the cost of recruiting new employees.For FT chemical,how to take effective measures to avoid frequent loss of front-line employees is the most important practical problem facing the company.Based on the current situation of front-line staff turnover in FT Chemical Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes the specific reasons for the loss of front-line staff by means of pre resignation talks,telephone follow-up visits,staff discussion,etc.these reasons mainly include the unreasonable arrangement of enterprise salary system,the confusion of production front-line management,the poor interpersonal relationship among employees,the low quality of employees and the poor working environment,which are the guidance The main reason for the frequent loss of front-line employees in the company.On the basis of discovering the reasons that lead to the loss of front-line employees,specific countermeasures are put forward.These measures mainly include: establishing a reasonable salary system;Improve the management ability of front-line managers;Establish effective communication channels for front-line employees;Improve staff quality through training;Improve the working environment of front-line employees.These targeted measures can effectively solve the loss of front-line employees in FT chemical co.,LTD.The solutions proposed in this paper can also provide reference value and enlightenment for manufacturing enterprises like FT chemical to solve the loss of front-line employees in human resource management.
