Research On Influence Factors Of Turnover Of Front-Line Employees In GT Factory

Front-line employees are the group of manufacturing enterprises that directly create benefits for the enterprise.The stability of front-line employees is related to the stable operation of the factory.A good front-line staff team helps enterprises achieve operational goals,improve production efficiency and efficiency,and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.GT factory,as a branch of a steel enterprise that has not been established for a long time,has the management characteristics of mixed ownership between state-owned and private enterprises;In the first two years,they faced many problems such as high employee turnover rate,tense internal relations within the factory,heavy production tasks,and high pressure.This article preliminarily identifies the factors that contribute to the high turnover rate of front-line employees in GT factory through interviews with former employees and company management.Using the Two-factor theory and the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,we made a questionnaire for the resigned employees,communicated with these employees through the clerk contact,distributed the questionnaire through the questionnaire star,collected the data,and made statistical analysis.It was concluded that management methods,compensation and welfare,and career development were the main factors that led to the high turnover rate of GT factory front-line employees.In response to the above analysis results,this article proposes measures such as strict recruitment thresholds,improving grassroots management in the factory workshop,developing relatively fair salary plans,and improving employee promotion mechanisms to reduce the turnover rate of front-line employees.This study provides management reference for reducing the turnover rate of front-line employees in mixed ownership steel enterprises.
