At present,Chinese market economy environment is becoming more and more mature.In this market environment,the company and employees form a two-way employment relationship,which provides a possible space for employees to flow.If the employee or employer does not agree with the employment relationship and chooses to terminate the contract,or the contract is terminated naturally based on some factors,it means that the employment relationship will also be terminated and the employee mobility becomes unavoidable.In recent years,under the influence of macroeconomic policies and other factors,enterprises have implemented transformation strategy measures,and reduced employees’ payment and welfare allowances,which led to some employees’ job hopping or resignation.The HG Joint-stock Company,is a state-owned holding listed company with more influence in the industry.In recent years,there has been a more prominent problem of employee turnover in the HG Joint-stock Company.Some of the front-line employees are the only child of the post-90 s who has been well educated,they have their own ideas on life,and their working attitude is unstable.In addition,the special working environment of the enterprise,high working intensity,and the far-distance location from the urban area led to the increase of turnover rate of front-line employees.In view of the particularity of the industry of HG Joint-stock Company,how to improve the overall quality of employees,retain experienced and capable front-line employees,and provide talent guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of the company are important problems that the company needs to solve urgently.Based on the research needs,this paper chooses the first-line employees of HG Joint-stock Company as the research object,refers to a large number of domestic and foreign literature review,research ideas and methods,adopts the methods of document research,interview and questionnaire survey,and analyzes the factors of employee turnover.This paper designs the satisfaction questionnaire from the three dimensions of company,environment and individual through the current situation of front-line employees and the impact of turnover.This paper also analyzes the factors of elements,working environment and career development,finds out the reasons of employees’ resignation.In the hope of providing enlightenment for enterprises in the same industry,this paper provides some suggestions such as establishing appropriate salary management system,promoting the construction of enterprise culture,enhancing employees’ happiness and establishing a good working environment to improve employees’ satisfaction,motivate employees and enhance their happiness.
