| Globalization has accelerated the exchange of social elements and resources such as human,material,and information between regions,gradually forming a fluid space network,and the world becomes a fluid world.In the context of fluidity,important cities and towns have become urban network nodes and inevitably integrated into urban mobility space.The flow of social elements and resources is an important condition for the local construction.In the catering activities with “human” as the dominant,different catering cultural spaces are formed due to the differences in people’s choices and perceptions.Under the influence of the background,the local construction of catering cultural space is also changing.This study takes the core area of Shuanglang Ancient Town as an example,analyzes the characteristics of Shuanglang dietetic cultural space by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,and explores the emotional identity of Shuanglang dietetic cultural space from different subject perspectives,analyzes the local construction process and dynamic mechanism of Shuanglang dietetic cultural space under the background of liquidity,with a view to promoting the optimal development of Shuanglang dietetic cultural space and local construction.After analysis,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)The study revealed the dietary structure and local construction of the Shuanglang through diet.The dining space of Shuanglang takes ancient folk houses and modern Bai folk houses as the space carrier.In the development of tourism,architectural culture,ethnic culture and food culture are organically combined to form a food culture space.Cultural symbols such as temples,big banyan trees,stages,alleys,and Bai costumes become special signs of the food culture space of Shuanglang.(2)The Nature of Multi subject Emotions,spatial form,and spatial flow play a important role in reshaping the place.In the context of mobility,the Shuanglang gathers multiple food culture,forming a space of food culture with different styles but no violation,which is mainly distributed on both sides of the Ethnic Culture Street and the main lanes,of which the Sichuan Chongqing food space has formed a certain aggregation effect.(3)The relationship between local food and cross regional food culture is actually the result of negotiation between different subjects.Shuanglang cuisine is dominated by local specialty dishes,and street stalls are unique landscape elements in Shuanglang food culture space.Modern food and Exotic diet enter Shuanglang with the development of tourism,but local food still plays a dominant role in Shuanglang food culture space under different interests.(4)Different subjects have different feelings about the local perception of Shuanglang food culture space,which is actually the direction and return of local problems.The emotions of community managers are a concentrated reflection of their sense of achievement in local planning and construction,management and governance,and other political benefits.The emotions of operators mainly point to economic interests,which are closely related to the development of local tourism industry,while the emotions of consumers point to issues such as local food experience and authenticity.(5)The role of food culture space research on the local construction and development of local culture in tourist destinations cannot be underestimated.The fluidity and emotional identity of multiple subjects make the local nature of Shuanglang food culture space constantly change.Multiple subjects carry out local construction through different means,adjust the relationship between local food and cross local food,thus affecting the prosperity and development of Shuanglang economy and culture. |
