Research On The Influence Of Safety Emotional Culture On Miners' Unsafe Emotions

With the development of society,the psychological safety of miners has gradually been paid attention to.Miners' unsafe emotion has been one of the manifestations of the unsafe mentality of miners and has also attracted the attention of the academic community.At present,coal companies lack systematic management of the miners' unsafe emotion.In order to effectively control the unsafe emotion of miners,we need set of unsafe emotional management system for miners must be established.The study finds that emotional support has a good effect on suppressing the unsafe emotion of miners.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of safety emotion culture on the unsafe emotion of miners.First of all,this study identifies the definitions and influencing factors of safety emotion culture,miners' unsafe emotion and miners' emotional stability through literature review,and determines the use of miner emotional stability as an intermediate variable between safe emotional culture and miner's unsafe emotion through theoretical analysis.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the conceptual model of safety emotion culture and miner's unsafe mood was constructed and the assumptions were made on the relationship between the two,which laid the theoretical foundation for the construction of the structural equation model in the later period.Secondly,on the basis of literature analysis and interview content,a questionnaire on the influence of safety emotion culture on miners' unsafe emotion was compiled.SPSS 24.0 was used for project analysis,reliability and validity test,and exploratory factor analysis.The results show that the questionnaire is of good reliability and validity.The safety emotion culture can be divided into five dimensions:the security and emotional culture,corporate identity,safe emotional communication,safe emotional measures,and the reasonableness of security regulations;miners' insecurity can be divided into families.The three dimensions of factors,environmental factors and security confidence;the emotional stability of miners can be divided into two dimensions:self-factors and working environment factors.Then,based on the exploratory factor analysis,a structural equation model of the influence of safety emotion culture on miners' unsafe mood was constructed.AMOS7.0 was used to verify the model.The results show that the data and the model are well-fitted,the safety emotion culture is negatively correlated with the miners' unsafe mood,and is positively correlated with the mood stability of the miners.The emotional stability of the miners is negatively correlated with the miners' unsafe mood.The analysis of the results shows that in all dimensions of safety and affective culture,safe emotional communication is the most influential factor for miners' insecurity.Finally,based on the analysis results and actual investigations,we propose to use EAP to solve the problems in the implementation of the safety and affective culture.The study believes that a reasonable security system can be established,a good communication channel can be established,a sound security measure can be established,and miners' privacy can be well done.Confidential work,the establishment of a reasonable EAP and other ways to control the miners' insecurity.
