Study On The Food Culture Space Of Border Cities Under The Background Of Globalization

With the continuous development of global integration,the interaction of population,transportation,logistics,information,network,and remittance has gradually formed an inseparable global network,with close cross-border flows between countries,regions,cities and cities.In this context,the border urban space began to show cross regional,and the cross regional food culture space has become an important embodiment of the study of the border urban space.This study takes Yanji city's food culture space as the research object,uses the method of combining macro and micro,analyzes the current situation and characteristics of Yanji city's food culture space under the influence of South Korea under the background of globalization,discusses the internal connection between operators,consumers and food culture space,and expounds the construction process and influence of Yanji city's food culture space.Yanji City,as a border city,has the characteristics of local ethnic and cross regional diversified food culture space,which provides an important reference for the study of the development of food culture space in other border cities.This paper mainly obtains the following five conclusions:(1)The catering industry in Yanji city has a large number,a complete range and a high density.It presents the spatial distribution characteristics of "five horizontal and five vertical" and "five centers" as a whole,and the local ethnic characteristics blend with the domestic and foreign catering culture,forming a diversified catering culture space.(2)Yanji city's food culture space is constructed under the influence of real estate development,Korean transnational migration,commercial operators' own choice and consumers' demand.(3)Yanji food culture space presents the cultural characteristics of cross regional connection of food culture,unique signboard landscape,localized business model and concept.(4)Under the influence of globalization and localization,Yanji food culture space has formed a food culture space with original,cross regional and unique cultural landscape,which promotes the reconstruction of Yanji food culture space,and then stimulates the residents to form a new local identity,changes the social space of Yanji,promotes the rapid development of Yanji economy and urban development A response was generated.(5)Under the background of globalization,the construction of diversified catering cultural space in Yanji city has added new color to the study of urban catering cultural space in border minority areas,and also provided a new direction for the study of urban catering cultural space under the background of globalization.
