Research On High-Quality Development Strategy Of HK Coal Enterprise

In view of the structural characteristics of the energy resources in our country,such as "rich in coal,poor in oil and little gas",coal has always been the important basic energy and raw material,and has long undertaken the responsibility and task of guaranteeing energy bottom,and has always been the stabilizer of the safe and stable supply of energy.China’s energy resource endowment determines that coal will remain the main energy source for a long period of time.However,in the current situation of the more volatile international political and economic structure,the global industrial chain supply chain was severely impacted,and the trend of localization and regional reconstruction of the industrial chain became more obvious.Not only the role of coal in maintaining our energy security,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the electric power system,and promoting the healthy economic and social development became particularly important.And the coal enterprise’s own development has been severely tested.In addition,the national "dual carbon" strategy will be further implemented,in the future the consumption and proportion of renewable energy will be gradually increased,and the domestic energy structure will be further reshaped,the proportion of coal in our country’s primary energy consumption structure will continue to decline and the total coal growth space will become smaller and smaller.In this context,coal enterprises rely on production increase,scale expansion,price rise extensive development model has been unsustainable.If an enterprise wants long-term and stable development,it must base on the present,take a long-term view,plan,formulate and implement the enterprise development strategy well,effectively promote the enterprise to accelerate the transformation from the pursuit of scale and speed to the pursuit of high quality,high added value,high efficiency development with high-quality strategy,and constantly enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise,so as to achieve healthy,sustainable and stable development."High-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way",which provides basic compliance for scientifically grasping the historical bearing of our economic development in the new era.Therefore,the high-quality development has become the new direction of our economic development in the new era,it also puts forward the new requirements for the development of coal enterprises.However,HK coal enterprises mainly have problems that need to be solved,such as insufficient foundation of "relying on coal",insufficient depth of "extending coal" and insufficient resources of "beyond coal".The post-epidemic era,dual-carbon development pattern and green environmental constraints have put forward new requirements for the development of coal enterprises,and the necessity of high-quality development has become prominent.Therefore,the high-quality development of coal enterprises has undoubtedly become a major issue that needs serious consideration and exploration under the new situation,new environment and new requirements.This thesis takes HK coal enterprises,which are representative in the domestic coal industry,as the research object.Although they have many advantages,such as complete coal types,excellent coal quality,superior location,convenient transportation,advanced technology,high-quality products,well-known brand,stable customers,party building leadership and strong guarantee,etc.,However,it does not have an absolute advantage in resource reserve,production capacity,product level,human resources and other aspects.It is greatly affected by national policies,market environment and industrial competition.Based on PEST and SWOT matrix analysis,it is concluded that the combined development strategy of ST is more suitable for HK coal enterprises at the present stage.And combined with the coal industry high-quality development system requirements,the high-quality development strategy of HK coal enterprises is finally determined to be constructed around the following six aspects: 1.Safety development,including improving safety management level;2.Transformation and development,mainly focusing on the main industries,promoting strong chain extension chain supplement;3.Intelligent development,accelerate intelligent construction,improve enterprise production efficiency and governance efficiency;4.Innovation and development,mainly in institutions,mechanisms and science and technology;5.Green development refers to energy efficiency and environmental emissions;6.Talents strengthen enterprises to provide talents and intelligence support for achieving the strategic goal of high-quality development.From six aspects,it puts forward the guarantee measures for promoting the high-quality development of the industry.The conclusions provide strategic plan support and guidance for the high-quality development of HK coal enterprises,and play a certain role in enriching the development and reform research theory of Chinese coal enterprises.Strive to obtain the experience and theoretical results can provide the basis for the government departments and the coal industry regulatory authorities to formulate policies.It provides reference for the high-quality development of coal enterprises.
