Research On Evaluation Of Enterprise Development Quality From The Perspective Of Big Data

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: "China’s economy has shifted from a high-speed growth to a high-quality development." Enterprises are an important body bearing economic development,and the quality of their development not only directly determines the quality of China’s economic development,but also has a profound impact on the quality of macroeconomic development.It can be said that high-quality development of enterprises is the cornerstone of high-quality development of China’s economy.As the development quality of enterprises is uneven,it is necessary to scientifically build an evaluation system,give an objective judgment,and conduct a special systematic study on the development quality of the enterprise.This is not only the objective requirement under the current historical coordinates,but also the enrichment and innovation of the enterprise evaluation system.This article is based on the perspective of big data.Firstly,text mining of existing research literature has been used to sort out key research elements related to the quality of development.Comprehensive methods such as reference review,questionnaires,and expert interviews have been used to determine the evaluation index system of five dimensions including finance,customer,innovation,social responsibility,and enterprise informatization ability.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process has been used to determine the index weight,and then an evaluation system for the quality of enterprise development is constructed.Thirdly,Taiyuan Iron & Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd(TISCO),a listed company,has been used as a case study to carry out a case analysis of development quality evaluation.In this paper,by means of Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS),the company’s development quality in the past five years is ranked.On the basis of carrying out the above work,this paper analyzes the factors that influence the development quality of the evaluation system index weights;based on the evaluation results of the case companies,it puts forward suggestions for the improvement of the development quality;policy recommendations have been made for the formation of an information disclosure system that matches the concept of "high-quality development." This article includes the following five parts:General introduction is constructed in chapter one.This chapter lays the foundation for subsequent researches by analyzing the background and significance of the selected topics,summarizing the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars on "economic development quality" and "enterprise development quality",as well as elaborating the research content,methods,technical routes,features and innovations of the articles.Related concepts and methods are introduced in chapter two.This chapter provides basic knowledge that supports for the in-depth study by defining the concepts of "enterprise","quality",and "quality of enterprise development",combing the formation of the concept of "high-quality development",and introducing the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)to complete the evaluation system for the quality of enterprise development,as well as introducing the specific operation steps of these two methods.The concrete construction process of the enterprise development quality evaluation system is presented in chapter three.In this chapter,on the basis of determining the construction and principles of the evaluation system,this paper collects elements related to "quality of enterprise development" and "quality development" in the existing research through technical methods such as web crawler technology,text cleaning,and word frequency analysis.Based on the analysis and reference of previous research results,two rounds of expert interviews have been conducted to provide support for index selection and weight of the quality evaluation system for enterprise development.Finally,the enterprise development quality is portrayed from the five dimensions of finance,customer,innovation,social responsibility and informatization level,and an enterprise development quality evaluation system is constructed.In the process of determining the evaluation system,the meanings of various indicators are expounded separately.The indicator system comprehensively portrays the development quality of the enterprise and tries to implement the evaluation of the development quality of the enterprise.After constructing the evaluation index system of enterprise development quality and determining the weight,the weight of each index and the connection between each index has been analyzed and reviewed.Based on the internal connection of the index system,the reference opinions are provided for the company to improve the development quality.Taiyuan Iron & Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd(TISCO)has been used as a case study in fourth chapter to verify the practicability of the enterprise development quality evaluation system.Through the multi-channel acquisition of the company’s data for the five years of 2014-2018,a longitudinal comparison of the development quality of TISCO is conducted.Based on the research results,in-depth research is implemented from finance,customer,innovation and social responsibility dimensions that can collect data to explore the reasons behind the changes in the development quality of the enterprise.On this basis,it can provide reference improvement measures for the realization of high-quality development of case companies.With anticipation to the formation of a more mature development quality evaluation and monitoring mechanism in the fifth chapter,it summarizes the shortcomings of the existing indicator system,the difficulties encountered in the information collection process.Opinions are put forward humbly as policy recommendations for the development of the quality evaluation mechanism.
